• 1. Who can become an affiliate and how much does it cost?
  Most people are eligible to promote blu. Sites will be rejected that promote illegal activities or that promote discrimination based on sex, race, religion, nationality, disability or sexual orientation. There is NO CHARGE to become a blu affiliate.
• 2. Where can I advertise blu ecigs?
  You can any of the supplied advertising materials located within the blu affiliate system to advertise blu on any site as long as it does not contain or promote illegal content.
• 3. I don’t live in the US, can I still be an affiliate?
  blu products are only available to customers located within the United States but if you have US based traffic you can become a blu affiliate. International affiliates will be required to fill out US tax forms.
• 4. How much do I get paid?
  Affiliates will earn $20 on every starter kit purchase and $1 on every cartridge carton purchase each time a customer they refer buys from blucigs.com.
• 5. When do I get paid?
  Affiliate payments are processed and sent on the 20th of each month.
• 6. How do I get paid?
  Monthly payments are made via check to your postal address.
• 7. Do I get paid every time one of my customers purchases replacement cartridges?
  Yes, payouts are given on all blu starter kits and cartridge cartons.
• 8. Do charge backs get removed from my payout?
  Yes, if an order is charged back or cannot be successfully processed you will not receive commission on that sale.
• 9. Where do I get links and banners from to promote blu?
  Once you register and successfully become a blu affiliate you will receive login details to the affiliate system where links and banners are contained for affiliate use.
• 10. How do I keep track of my sales and referrals?
  Each blu link on your site has a tracking code that records when a customer has clicked through to our site and has purchased. This transaction information is readily available within your account.
• 11. If I need help with my account who do I contact?
  For questions regarding your affiliate account you can contact the affiliate department Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30 pm Eastern Standard Time. Alternatively can email us at affiliates@bluecigs.com and we will respond during office hours.
• 12. Can I bid on keywords and advertise with search engines?
  No, only affiliates with prior written permission from blu can bid on keywords. blu trademark information cannot be used in your url or copy.
