My husband and I and my mother decided to, and let me tell you this product is helping so much. Every time I have a craving I puff on this and I'm fine after wards. If the low ones you get a full puff and lots of smoke. Tried alot of other brands and by far this is the best......

been smoking for years this product is fantastic. little problem with battery but trying to take care of it. other than that i love it as do my wife and kid because i dont smell like smoke anymore. not to mention the money im saving. thanks blu.

Loving the new E-cigs. Battery life isn't too great, but as long as I can recharge with a spare on the side (which is included with the starter pack), I'm good. Recharge time is pretty short as well. All in all, satisfied with your product. If you can make the battery tips longer lasting and more consistent, that would be greeeeaaaat.

Read review while shopping for a new battery because one of mine stopped working and someone said they fixed theirs by cleaning the inside of the gold part with alcohol and a Q tip decided to try it out before making the purchase of a new battery and IT WORKED! so for all of you smokers with a bad battery try cleansing it with alcohol before buying a new one.

I love this product! So much so that I purchased the premium pack for going out on the weekends and the standard pack for use at work. More importantly, my wife loves this product, (or at least that I can use it and get my nicotine fix without smelling like an ashtray). I have not had the issue with the batteries (so I'm lucky or something). I have noticed towards the end of a cartirige's life cycle, it tastes kind of burnt and was wondering if anyone else has noticed that as well.
I've actually convinced alot of my co-workers to switch to blu as well and they are all happy with it too. I love the fact that I don't stink any more (clothing and breath and hands). I don't have to go outside (its freaking cold here in Colorado) to smoke. I've also saved about $150 this month alone in buying regular ciggs. Love the product, just wish you could buy the Med, Light and Zeros commercially and not just through the website.

love it but the batterydont last long

I started Blu expecting it to be like everything else that I've tried but was surprised to find that it truly does work.
I work with food all day long.
I have 8 co-workers on Blu right now and have even talked my sister into trying it. Well worth the money.

its amazing, im so glad we have these options now, instead of the other things that are out there on the market. I am happy with mine so far, so good!

I got the Blu starter and LOVE it. I have one battery that works like a champ and the other requires me to create enough vacuum to suck start a motorcycle, but with some puffing it makes a great vape. I understand that batteries are not perfect and like anything else they will wear out over time, I am not sure how long it took to wear out the second battery (faster than I would have liked, but longer than I expected) and the price of a replacement is negligible so I am still VERY pleased overall.

I feel the same way as most of the reviews on here. Great product and Flavors. BATTERY LIFE BIGGEST DOWN FALL! Thank goodness both of mine worked when I purchased the starter pack or I probably wouldn't have continued as a customer. I'm afraid one will die on me now so I'm buying a spare. Fix the battery problem blu and this will be a perfect product.

Loving my Blu E-cigs so far. However I have the same 1 bad battery issue as many others, however, instead of not holding a charge, my battery begins heating the atomizer IMMEDIATELY after being screwed on. I've tried this with multiple cartridges, and it begins heating anc "crackling" immediately without me taking a puff. Contacted customer support, who directed me to the RMA form, however I feel that there needs to be a more expedient method of processing a return than wait 1-2 weeks.

Can't complain, had my blue for one week.

Love the product but 2 bad batterys now i need 2 new batterys,

i read every review on here because i am just that way, lol. but found solution to battery problem, take a q-tip and dip it in alcohol and clean inside the battery, someone else said they cleaned theirs with water and it worked but i tried alcohol because it dries immediatlly and it worked, my battery works fine now

i love the blu cigs , except for the battery problem that everyone is having, i honestly think they are doing tis so we will have to buy a new battery. i really love the flavors and the feel of a real cigarette my favorite is the cherry flavor which doesnt really taste like cherry but is really great. also i put in an order on fri and today is tue and it still says processing this is my first order and i was just wondering if this is normal to take so long to process

Like many on this forum, I've noted the battery life and reliability are not where they need to be. It's a shame because the flavors are great and made in the USA, the form factor of the "cigaret" is spot on, and the PCC has the familiar feel of the "real thing". Unfortunately, it's hard to convince myself that I can make it thought the day even with two batteries if the battery lasts about 30 minutes and takes over 60 minutes to charge. Come on BLU, I know the small size of the battery is a limiting factor (and likely what draws most of us to the product) but let's fix the issues with the batteries. Time to put some tighter quality controls around your battery suppliers, even if they are in China. As much as I like this product and the convenience, I've grown weary of the issues and am looking at other alternatives. Also ... how about a cart with a bit more nicotine?

I have read many reviews about the battery(s) going bad after a few charges, I have not encountered this as of yet. Love your product, my wife loves the java,she says it smells like a pot of coffee brewing..she does not smoke and it seems that she is happier when I use the blu's. I am pleased with the quality of this product, I ams ordering some more cartridges online today.

You can send your dead battery back to Blu with a work order and they will replace it for free up to a year of purchase

I purchased the starter kit with 2 batteries about 4 months ago and I am really happy with it, except that one of the batteries has ceased to work (like many of you have stated). I am purchasing another today and the cost is just over what I used to pay for a single pack of cigarettes, so overall I am very satisfied.

I love these things! But within 3 weeks of purchase one battery died completely. The other one is still working. Should I limit the use of them? I like the slim ones better then the one time use ones, but if the batteries keep dying it will be cheaper to go with the one time use. Otherwise, they are perfect. Even the one time use ones are fantastic, i just have small fingers.

Love, love, love the product. I can finally smoke again. The only thing is that the batteries that came with the product do not work, and since they aren't sold at Walgreens (or anywhere else that I know of offline) I cannot take them back for an exchange. If you guys could fix the short battery life that would be great. Also sometimes it's very hard to screw in. This and that battery issue is what makes me rate it a 4 rather than 5 stars. Other than that, great product. Finally, a company that's making smart products!

Like many reviews I've read, only one of the batteries that comes with the Starter Kit works. Also, the battery that does work doesn't last very long, BUT, I think I take longer/harder drags than most users and that is the reason. I really would like my defective battery replaced. I still have the receipt from Walgreens. I bought my kit on 12/14/12. Please get back to me.
