I defiently understand my fellow Blu lovers, I too wish that it was consistent, when you get the good batteries they work great, and the cartridges are awesome, the flavor and they last I love classic Tobacco, but i too find that usually one cartridge out of one pack of five will usually malfunction in some way? either not work at all, or it leaked all the liquid, or will last like 20 puffs, so I get it. Even though Blu says they do not refund or exchange cartridges, all you need to do is contact customer service,they stand by there product and they have added points to my account to replace defective cartridges etc, and they have been very nice and helping with trouble shooting problems etc, Love them will stay with Blu as long as the product keeps improving, and of course the customer service stays great!!

I hate only giving 3 stars. I have been using Blu for years and don't plan on switching anytime soon. But the consistency of both the batteries and the cartridges are all over the board. Sometimes I get a bad carton and say that's it I'm switching, But then the next one is fantastic. Great flavor easy to draw, And the batteries are the same. If you can get the good ones Blu can't be beat, I don't understand why they can't be consistent but I wish it would get fixed...

Blu has been great. I've been buying them for 3 or 4 months at Walgreens and I'm down to 2 or 3 analog cigs a day. I'm hoping to get to zero over the next several months. The pack could use two lights - red for charging and green for charged. It's tough to tell now. I can smoke indoors! At my desk! Yes! Thank you Blu!

I bought the desposable one's to try,! Taste is fantastic (classic tobacco) and I smoke (Vap) where every I want now and no one has complained of any odor. I'm odering my kit ASAP !!

I used the disposal, knew I was hooked, knew the best route to go so we could save money was to get the kit. Battery pack is a pain, the usb and wall charger work better. I'd like a car charger honestly.

I just purchased the Blu Starter kit and could NOT be Happier !!!!! This kit enables you to charge ON THE GO !!!!!!! I love the all the flavors !!!! The disposable cigs are good, but the 100 cigs do better and last longer than the disposable ones do. I recommend buying chargers and batteries instead of the kit bc you actually can get more for your money. Hope this helps you. :-)

Started out with the big try it before you blow 70.00 on a starter kit in case they didn't work. I threw my marlboros out the window and was so excited when my hubby bought the atarter kit. Had probs with pack charging tho. Took that back abd this pack has. Same prob. So I juat use usb. I'm smoking in bed...cool! I love classic tobacco and java..alao vanilla. Thank u blu!

Excellent product. I have two premium 100 kits in order to have charged batteries at all times. I started using blu about 8 months ago .My favorite is classic tobacco and I order my cartridges 10 at a time for free UPS shipping, and the bonus program is excellent. Free product for something that you were going to buy anyway.
It is such a pleasure to enjoy a good blu without having to go outside, as I never smoked in my home.
I make all of my purchases on-line, as on-line purchases are more cost effective and I save money on gas.

In answer to the question of purchasing cartridges in a retail store, Walgreens sometimes carries them. I do and have recommended Blu cigarettes. The smoke/vapor is plentiful on the flavors I have tried (Tobacco, Cherry, Menthol & Vanilla). I can usually get about 7 or 8 hours out of a cartridge and I would consider myself a heavy smoker. The only negatives I find are sometimes you'll receive a cartridge that just doesn't work. Usually it will just be one cartridge out of a package thankfully. The other negative is the batteries will eventually not charge full or stop charging altogether (but they do have a return policy). If you take a Q-tip and just dampen it with alcohol and clean the battery where it attaches to the cartridge every now and again it will charge better. Overall I love this product!

purchased Blu yesterday, pleasantly satisfied!!! could someone please inform me, & probably many others of any actual public retailers that sell premium 100 cartridges, aware of on-line purchase, but not public. also need help w/nicotine level location on cartridge pkg. you can really tell i'm a real beginner! thanks to all, i advance.

This flavor rocks, "even though Peach Schnapps is my #1 favorite, " it's wonderful and sweet like pipe tobacco. Very satisfying in my opinion. Blu ecigs are the ONLY brand I'll ever use.

i bought the regular premium starter kit i liked it but found it just didnt give me a strong enough hit. i found myself smoking real cigs again to get the satisfaction. so i bought a premium 100 kit because of the reviews i had read saying that you get stronger hit. i am really liking the 100 kit, it is true you do get a stronger hit and i find it much more satisfying. i personally recommend the 100. its not that much bigger and you get a much bigger throat hit

I bought the disposables and absolutely love, love love them. The classic tobacco I love, the vapor that comes out is geat, what I want to know is, I think the disposable is bigger then the ones in the starter kit? So I need some advice from someone who bought disposable then bought the kit? Did you like it? How much if a pain is it for the batteries? The premium 100 I think is the one I would choose, I understand it last longer the battery. So suggestions please. I wasted money on the V2 brand of Vapor Couture and I have to charge the battery like every hour, and it does not let out enough vapor for me like the BLU does, it has a 30 day money back guarantee, so I am thinking of returning it to get the BLU kit?? Please advise on the premium 100! Thank you

I've been using blu for a few weeks now. I got the basic start up kit and I had a few hang ups about the charge pack so I use the USB charger the most. It is a lot more expensive then cigarettes, but they do last longer. It is also nice to be able to enjoy my Blu E-cigs inside buildings where I would usually have to go outside. I can stay in with no hassles and just have a nice smoke and continue doing what I was doing. I will be upgrading to the premium cartridge.

I just wish they came in a stronger tobacco flavor.

I've had my blu starter kit over a week now. I love it. Have a few friends trying it now too. Loved the multi-pack in starter set. Tobacco favorite flavor, cherry made me wanna throw it out...tasted like cough medicine to me. LoL Overall, great product. Love my blu!

I tried the starter kit. The batteries do not last long and the pack not charging completly. The disposal ones are stronger and last longer, but cost too much. The real cig. cost less.

I first tried blu because I saw a friend of mine use one and I was amazed on how much it felt like smoking a real cigarette. Also the taste has a good hint of tobacco I instantly because a fan, especially after I got the same kick that my old cigarette used to.
Bought the premium pack very excited to get it fully charged. I am eager to try new flavors but hesitant to buy a whole 5 pack if I don't like them. You guys need to make a variety pack! So we can try them all.

I really enjoy these Blu e-Cigs and have found that I'm puffing way. My disposables have lasted about three days each .

I bought cigarettes at the military prices ($52 per carton) so the $10 disposable Blu it has been the equivalent of $15.60 at least .

I took it upon myself to buy a couple of disposables to try out Blu's and try out the eCig revolution! I love to smoke. From my first vape, it's LOVE!!! It actually tastes and drags like a "real" cigarette!!! Without the offensive smell on my breath, clothes, and in my hair.
I'm a pack and a half a day smoker (Marlboro Special Blend 100's) and have tried only a few other eCig brands, but have a distinct preference for the Blu! I decided to order the Premium100 started kit with 4 packs of cartridges and make my commitment to Blu!
I can't wait to get my kit in the mail! I feel like I'm stalking the mailman!
