1. Who is blu for ?
   blu is for smokers 18 years of age or older and is an alternative to traditional cigarettes. blu is not and should not be used as a quit smoking device. Please consult your doctor before use.
2. How does the blu work?
   blu works with a small rechargeable battery and a unique, safe, replaceable cartridge containing water, propylene glycol, nicotine, flavoring and a scent that emulates tobacco and other flavorings exclusive to blu. When you inhale, it activates the atomizer which releases simulated smoke that is actually water vapor.
3. Does the blu produce smoke?
   No, blu produces an odorless and harmless water vapor which looks like smoke but disappears in several seconds.
4. What makes blu better than other electronic cigarettes?

6. Can I really smoke blu anywhere?
   blu is not a traditional cigarette and does not burn tobacco so it can be smoked in areas where normal smoking bans are in place like bars, restaurants, planes and offices. blu produces water vapor that is odorless and disappears in several seconds. You should always check with the location before using blu.
7. What flavors are available?
   blu has developed 5 exclusive flavors; Magnificent Menthol, Classic Tobacco, Java Jolt, Vivid Vanilla and Cherry Crush. Each flavor is available in the following strengths: Full Flavored, Light, Ultra Light & No Nicotine.
8. Is blu better for me than traditional cigarettes?
   blu does not contain the over 10,000 chemicals, tar, ash and smell associated with traditional tobacco cigarettes. They simply provide the user with a small dose of nicotine.
9. What are the effects of nicotine?
   The effects of nicotine are stimulation, a feeling of relaxation, calmness, and alertness. These effects can last from minutes to hours, and nicotine is considered habit forming and addictive. The carcinogenic properties of nicotine in a standalone form, separated from tobacco smoke, have not been evaluated by the International Agency for Research on Cancer/IARC.
10. Can blu be used to quit smoking?
    blu should not be used as a quit smoking device. Different people use different devices and/or methods to stop smoking. blu has not been laboratory tested to be qualified as a smoking cessation device. We do supply non-nicotine cartridges for smokers to remove their nicotine intake completely while satisfing their habitual desires of smoking.

    blu can be purchased and used by anyone who is 18 years and older.

    blu purchases can only be made and shipped to U.S. customers with a U.S. shipping address.
15. Is shipping free for everyone?
    Orders shipped via USPS are free of any shipping charges.
16. Is there any other way to ship other than USPS?
    Currently we only offer shipping via USPS but UPS shipping for orders will be added in the near future.
17. How long does it take to receive my order?
    All orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of confirmation. These time frames are merely a guide and we offer no guarantee unless otherwise posted. Once shipped, orders take approximately 5-7 days to be received when sent via USPS.
18. How do I know my order has been shipped?
    Once your order has been packed and ready to ship you will receive a notification email which will include your tracking number.

20. How big is the blu?
    blu cigarettes are 3.4 inches long and 0.19 inches wide.
21. How long does each cartridge last?
    blu cartridges last 80-100 puffs depending on the smoking habits of the user. One blu cartridge is equal to approximately 7 traditional cigarettes.
22. How long does each battery last between charges?
    blu batteries are the latest lithium ion technology and will last as long as it takes a user to smoke 1 cartridge on average. Please note this is just a guide.
23. How do I know when the battery needs recharging?
    Your blu battery will blink 20 times when it needs to be recharged. Please note your battery will blink 5 times when it is being overused and you should stop use for several minutes if this happens.
24. How long does it take to recharge a battery?
    On average a fully discharged battery will take 1 hour to fully recharge. You can recharge your batteries via the blu pack or USB charger included in your starter kit.
25. How much nicotine is in each cartridge?
    There are 4 levels of nicotine strength in blu cartridges: Full Flavored (16mg of nicotine), Light (12mg), Ultra Light (8mg) and non-nicotine (0mg).
26. What part of blu is recycled?
    The plastic cartridges are made from recycled plastic.
27. What are the ingredients in e-liquid?
    The blu cartridges contain nicotine (in levels of high, medium, low and no nicotine), propylene glycol, flavoring, and other safe flavoring ingredients exclusive to blu. These cartridges come in various flavors and nicotine contents to satisfy the needs of a variety of users. Propylene glycol is a water based ingredient found in many health products and medicines. None of the ingredients in the cartridges have been found to be toxic to humans.
