Simply complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form located on the back of the packing slip sent with your order. We stand behind the quality of our product and guarantee to the original purchaser that our product shall be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the original purchase date. This warranty applies to the product under normal use and is subject to all product usage documentation.     blu cigarettes are 3.4 inches long and 0.19 inches wide.
  24. How long does each cartridge last?
    blu cartridges last 80-100 puffs depending on the smoking habits of the user. One blu cartridge is equal to approximately 7 traditional cigarettes.
  25. How long does each battery last between charges?
    blu batteries are the latest lithium ion technology and will last as long as it takes a user to smoke 1 cartridge on average. Please note this is just a guide.
  26. How do I know when the battery needs recharging?
    Your blu battery will blink 20 times when it needs to be recharged. Please note your battery will blink 5 times when it is being overused and you should stop use for several minutes if this happens.
  27. How long does it take to recharge a battery?
    On average a fully discharged battery will take 1 hour to fully recharge. You can recharge your batteries via the blu pack or USB charger included in your starter kit.
  28. How much nicotine is in each cartridge?
    There are 4 levels of nicotine strength in blu cartridges: Full Flavored (16mg of nicotine), Light (12mg), Ultra Light (8mg) and non-nicotine (0mg).

    The plastic cartridges are made from recycled plastic.
  30. What are the ingredients in e-liquid?
    The blu cartridges contain nicotine (in levels of high, medium, low and no nicotine), propylene glycol, flavoring, and other safe flavoring ingredients exclusive to blu. These cartridges come in various flavors and nicotine contents to satisfy the needs of a variety of users. Propylene glycol is a water based ingredient found in many health products and medicines.
