We stand behind the quality of our product and guarantee to the original purchaser that our product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the original purchase date. This warranty applies to the product under normal use and is subject to all product usage documentation. In the event you need to exchange your blu pack, battery, or charger, simply complete the Replacement Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form, place the RMA form, a proof-of-purchase, and the item(s) to be exchanged in an appropriate envelope, and mail it to us at the address indicated on the RMA form.
RMA forms can be obtained by clicking here, or by emailing or calling customer service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
NOTE: All exchange requests MUST be accompanied by an RMA form, a proof-of-purchase, and all items to be exchanged. This request must be received within one year from the original purchase date. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet these requirements. We recommend that you return your product via traceable mail as we do not take any responsibility for undelivered exchanges. blu is not responsible for reimbursing any shipping fees incurred when returning exchanges. All exchange requests MUST be accompanied by a proof-of-purchase. Any package received without a proof-of-purchase will be returned to the sender. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet these requirements. All sales are final. Flavor Cartridges and Disposable products are not eligible for replacement or exchange.
blu is available to U.S. customers with U.S. shipping addresses with delivery supplied by either The United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. New orders are typically packed within 2 business days of ordering and are delivered within the time frame specified during checkout based upon the shipping option selected. These time frames are merely a guide and we offer no guarantee unless otherwise posted. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with an order tracking number and information on how to track your package.
NOTE: Free shipping is offered for purchases handled by UPS MAIL Innovations and delivered by USPS. If free shipping is selected, we cannot offer any guarantee of delivery or accept any liability for lost orders. All delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office. Guaranteed delivery is only available on orders shipped via UPS. If you are concerned about time taken or missing packages please choose UPS shipping. We now offer free UPS Ground shipping on orders greater than $100 and we continue to offer guaranteed UPS shipping options. Customers with shipping addresses outside the United States should refer to internationalcheckout.com for specific rules and conditions.

Once you complete your order a confirmation will be sent to your email address. Once your order has been packed you will receive an update email which will include your tracking number.
