Rating "Purchased the starter kit a month ago, and I love it. Not sure, why some people have had problems with the Customer Service staff; however, my experience has been very positive. I would like to give Trish, my gratitude for always taking care of my needs, be it on line chat or by phone. She goes above, and beyond to assist me; which in my opinion represents excellent Customer Service. Just a little word of advice, if you are a pack or two a day smoker you will probably require more than two batteries. I received my third one in the mail today. Thanks Blu" -

Excellent Product - WHEN they work

Rating "My wife and I have been Blu customers for about a year. We love the way they are now available all over including Walgreens and 7-11, but the one draw back is the batteries - they don't last. In fact even the disposable units don't last as long as they are rated. I have returned quite a few to Walgreens. The kicker is, the only reason we buy the disposables is the batteries on the Premium Kits are awful. If we know we'll be out all day we will buy a disposable to ensure the battery holds up. There must be a way to fine tune the battery capabilities. I now own 4 Premium and 2 original starter kits. Of the 7 kits, we are ready to return upwards of 5 batteries. They will be the downfall of this product. Lastly - DON'T EVER try to contact Customer Support. I am writing this review while I am literally on hold for 31 minutes right now and only number 11 in the que. Why not email you say? I have - 5 separate emails over the past 6 days, every one of which has not been responded to. This company is growing way too fast and quality control plus customer service will impact them significanlty if they can't correct the issues now. I am about ready to switch to their competitior - also available at Walgreens and 7-11 - and significantly cheaper!" -

Rating "I love my blu e-cig, I can visit my elderly dad anytime I want to now, with out him telling me how bad I smell, due to the cigarettes. The only problem I have is the battery don't last long, I've been having to recharge it about 3X's in a day and it does get very hot. I don't want to HAVE to buy the premium one, these kits are pretty expensive so wish you guys would just sell us a replacement battery because I can tell it's not going to last. It's an awesome product, but needs improvement. Way to go on the premium kit. I just can't afford to drop another 60-70bucks again. " -

Rating "Seriously...I thought, what a joke, this guy walking on the beach is just another stupid ad everyone is gonna fall into and buy to look cool. I was so tired of smoking and smelling like smoke, going outside in the heat or the cold as not to smoke indoors. Living in Vegas walking through casinos, I already smell like smoke from walking around alone. Well, now I say to my friends, "you would be a lot cooler if you smoked a blu". I lost one of my batteries from my starter kit and thought I would die with only one left to charge all the time. I kept hoping to come to the website to see if there were an option to just buy the battery as I bought my kit at Walgreens and didn't want to buy a whole new kit because they don't have them there. AND you offer rewards. Just like the good ol Marlboro miles days. Just the other night, I lost my other battery..from the black starter kit. I came on here to find that you can get replacement batteries and new flavors and if ordering at least 2 packs, saving just about $5 each pack of cartridges opposed to smoke shops or Walgreens. I've ordered the premium white pack now and 2 replacement black batteries and flavors. I couldn't be happier. My husband doesn't have to deal with me smelling like smoke now. And hey, we kiss more too !! =) I feel more confident about that instead of needing to pop gum in my mouth to smooch him. Went to Walgreens and bought a disposable to hold me over til my order gets here. You are by far the best Blu! Most real feeling, tasting and nicotine need fitting cig out there for being electronic. P.S. I smell like cupcakes again =)" -

Rating " I tried a disposable e-cigarette but found that the battery life was very limited (used 3- they died after a day). I purchased the Blu starter kit today. The tobacco taste isn't what I am used to but I do enjoy the mellow, sweet taste. As other Blu "smokers" have observed, no odor and these can be used anywhere. I love that the cartridges are made in the USA and are natural. " -

Rating "I simply love everything about the blu e-cigs. I especially like the tobacco flavor & pina colada. Just order some refills from blu's website which included trying another flavor...Cherry. These e-cigs are wonderful. I love mine! Good investment. I also use the highest degree of nicotine they offer as I have been a life-long cigarette smoker. I find the blu works very well for me & I can smoke around others or anywhere without all the haggling & hassles other people might have with a traditional cigarette smoker. Couldn't be more satisfied. " -

Rating "i like the the starter kit. but have had a problem with the batterys, i had a bad battery the day i got the starter kit. after about 3 or 4 weeks was sent a new one, after 2 days it went bad, it got real hot, and the end stayed on and blinked off an on till it ran down, charged it ,and it did the same thing again,i would recommend itto others if they get the problem fixed ,maybe its because i bought the older style, the price i payed for it i expected alot more, its still better than the smell of smoke.. and no ashes all over,i will buy one more and give it a try" -

Rating "I bought the starter kit on March 1st 2013 and have LOVED the Blu! But last night, March 30th 2013, one of my batteries just stopped working! I have done and handled all product correctly but this battery just lite up blue and will not let me get any smoke. It also will not shut off! It has now been almost 12 hours and the thing is still bright blue and non-working!! I AM sending this back! I also wish the cartridges lasted longer, I like Java and tobacco and both give out on flavor before vapor is gone. I have LOVED this product and even put it on facebook. Had SOO many people ask about. I recommended it to everyone, but now I wonder..." -

Rating "After trying several brands I find blu to be the most satisfying of all. Each brand has some negative, mostly from how long flavor lasts and blu could be better. The reason I don't give a 5 is because the flavor doesn't last as long as the cartridge itself. The flavors are a bit too mellow for me...BUT, I've had the kit for a year now . I am now flavor addicted and have tried the no nicotine and am almost completely nicotine free...not bad for a life time smoker and it's great not to stink! The batteries are still good, but weaker, but its a year and that's how long the warranty is. I tried Johnson Creek kit but find the heavy "cig" is too bulky. I also don't like the metal cartridge tip. I also bought the liquid to fill my own and although it is more cost effective, the flavor lasts no longer than blu's cartridge with less mess. A BIG PLUS, you can get Blu in retail stores so when you're on vacation or in need of a cartridge before the mail arrives you can get one anytime! I also love the pg free and that blu uses Johnson Creek juice..Made In America!!! Lovinblu" -

Rating "I am a Truck Driver and never realized how bad my truck smelled until one day I had been outta the truck for several hours taking a shower and having lunch. It was raining that day and as I got back in the truck I realized how bad it smelled. I smoked 3 to 5 cigars a day 90% of that was done in the truck. So I went in the Truck Stop and bought two disposable cig. The Blu and another brand Blu had a much better taste then the other brand. When I got home I went to my local tobacco shop and got the starter kit. truck is starting to lose that stale cigar smell. Battery go bad but the service people were very nice and a new one is on the way. Thanks for having a great product and great service it is a pleasure doing business with you. " -

Rating "Yes. Again! I've been googling all abt ecigs bcause i only found out about them recently and i like to be informed. I bought a blu starter pack when i got bronchitis and it killed me to try to smoke cigs. I am so enthusiastic abt blu's i bought another premium kit and one for my son and his girlfriend! Now i am getting ready to upgrade to a premium 100 pack. I LOVE THESE THINGS!!!!!!!! I have seen so many criticisms of the blu's and can't figure out why. I've laundered batteries by accident and they still work! Support has been excellent (although i'm sure they think i'm a little batty). Prices are VERY competitive. And since i've done some research on the web abt proper use and problem solving the cartridges do exactly what they are supposed to. I puff on them all day long and they last on average almost 2 full days. My husband is a nonsmoker and he loves that i love them! LOL!!!!!" -

Rating "Bought my blu ecig starter pack today. Charged both batteries and the pack. As soon as I tried it for the first time I was like "i can do this" i thought the flavour was great - i only smoke lights - so the starter pack i'm very good with. However - the slot where you put the extra battery goes all the way down to the bottom of the pack. Had to use a knife to get it out of there. That was/ will be an inconvenience. Other than that I'm excited about the product " -

Type and enjoyed it. Then I went to the prem. 100 and found what I was looking for I just made my second order. Also I was in the hospital two weeks ago and was blown away that they allowed me to smoke blu in my room. I have found no down side thank you for making the real deal"
