Rating "i like the the starter kit. but have had a problem with the batterys, i had a bad battery the day i got the starter kit. after about 3 or 4 weeks was sent a new one, after 2 days it went bad, it got real hot, and the end stayed on and blinked off an on till it ran down, charged it ,and it did the same thing again,i would recommend itto others if they get the problem fixed ,maybe its because i bought the older style, the price i payed for it i expected alot more, its still better than the smell of smoke.. and no ashes all over,i will buy one more and give it a try" -

Rating "I bought the starter kit on March 1st 2013 and have LOVED the Blu! But last night, March 30th 2013, one of my batteries just stopped working! I have done and handled all product correctly but this battery just lite up blue and will not let me get any smoke. It also will not shut off! It has now been almost 12 hours and the thing is still bright blue and non-working!! I AM sending this back! I also wish the cartridges lasted longer, I like Java and tobacco and both give out on flavor before vapor is gone. I have LOVED this product and even put it on facebook. Had SOO many people ask about. I recommended it to everyone, but now I wonder..." -

Rating "After trying several brands I find blu to be the most satisfying of all. Each brand has some negative, mostly from how long flavor lasts and blu could be better. The reason I don't give a 5 is because the flavor doesn't last as long as the cartridge itself. The flavors are a bit too mellow for me...BUT, I've had the kit for a year now . I am now flavor addicted and have tried the no nicotine and am almost completely nicotine free...not bad for a life time smoker and it's great not to stink! The batteries are still good, but weaker, but its a year and that's how long the warranty is. I tried Johnson Creek kit but find the heavy "cig" is too bulky. I also don't like the metal cartridge tip. I also bought the liquid to fill my own and although it is more cost effective, the flavor lasts no longer than blu's cartridge with less mess. A BIG PLUS, you can get Blu in retail stores so when you're on vacation or in need of a cartridge before the mail arrives you can get one anytime! I also love the pg free and that blu uses Johnson Creek juice..Made In America!!! Lovinblu" -

Rating "I am a Truck Driver and never realized how bad my truck smelled until one day I had been outta the truck for several hours taking a shower and having lunch. It was raining that day and as I got back in the truck I realized how bad it smelled. I smoked 3 to 5 cigars a day 90% of that was done in the truck. So I went in the Truck Stop and bought two disposable cig. The Blu and another brand Blu had a much better taste then the other brand. When I got home I went to my local tobacco shop and got the starter kit. truck is starting to lose that stale cigar smell. Battery go bad but the service people were very nice and a new one is on the way. Thanks for having a great product and great service it is a pleasure doing business with you. " -

Rating "Yes. Again! I've been googling all abt ecigs bcause i only found out about them recently and i like to be informed. I bought a blu starter pack when i got bronchitis and it killed me to try to smoke cigs. I am so enthusiastic abt blu's i bought another premium kit and one for my son and his girlfriend! Now i am getting ready to upgrade to a premium 100 pack. I LOVE THESE THINGS!!!!!!!! I have seen so many criticisms of the blu's and can't figure out why. I've laundered batteries by accident and they still work! Support has been excellent (although i'm sure they think i'm a little batty). Prices are VERY competitive. And since i've done some research on the web abt proper use and problem solving the cartridges do exactly what they are supposed to. I puff on them all day long and they last on average almost 2 full days. My husband is a nonsmoker and he loves that i love them! LOL!!!!!" -

Rating "Bought my blu ecig starter pack today. Charged both batteries and the pack. As soon as I tried it for the first time I was like "i can do this" i thought the flavour was great - i only smoke lights - so the starter pack i'm very good with. However - the slot where you put the extra battery goes all the way down to the bottom of the pack. Had to use a knife to get it out of there. That was/ will be an inconvenience. Other than that I'm excited about the product " -

Type and enjoyed it. Then I went to the prem. 100 and found what I was looking for I just made my second order. Also I was in the hospital two weeks ago and was blown away that they allowed me to smoke blu in my room. I have found no down side thank you for making the real deal" -

Love, love, love my BLU

Rating "I started with the BLU disposables , but I was worried the starter kit, meaning the ones with batteries would not be as good. Well I ordered the Premium 100 and I love it. The one concern is in disposable they only had Classic Tobacco and the menthol. I do not like menthol so I chose Classic Tobacco! I loved it, even though it tasted more like a mocha taste. The problem with the cartridges on the Classic Tobacco the flavor goes away after about half the cartridge life:( any suggestions on flavors. I mean I do not like cherry flavor in general and I have not tried the cherry but I hear this is the strongest flavor . I am willing to try vanilla and piña colada, but do the flavors last the whole cartridge? I tried V2 first, there Vapor Courure line which catered to women, pretty batteries pretty this and that , and let me tell you I returned it and ordered BLU starter kit right away. The customer service a V2 was horrible, the customer service at BLU is wonderful, and the shipping , through regular mail, I ordered on Monday and got my package on Saturday, through the postal service. Also I bought some disposables at a retail store and I bought 5, all of them were defective!!! 2 did not work at all, and the other 3 only lasted about 100 puffs, BLU sent me 2 free, and called the gas station where I purchased them and told then they had to exchange them. So I went back and got 5 more plus the 2 BLU sent me, they are a great company and stand by there product . Now some stores like Walgreens have a store policy and they will not exchange defective disposables, but BLU cannot control a store policy, but still helped me even though I purchased those disposables at a retail store not through the website. I cannot say enough good things about BLU, but please suggestions on flavors that do not run out and get that yucky taste when they run out, thank you " -

Rating "I purchased the BLU disposable and was SO impressed with it! However, I have to agree with one of the others on this website; when I purchased the starter kit, with much excitement, I was disappointed in the difference of the disposable versus the cigarette in the kit!! I had to draw on it a lot harder than the disposable one, and, so, I thought it could possibly be that the tobacco strength in the disposable cigarette is stronger than the regular tobacco strength in the starter cartridges. Today, I just ordered the "High" strength refill cartridges from the BLU website; I truly hope these are comparable to the disposable one!" -

Rating "I've tried many e-cigs, hated them all. Bad taste, not enough vapor, didn't last long enough, or even hurt my throat. Blu is by FAR the best, my only complaint is that the menthol is just not strong enough. I tried my partner's regular one, and it wasn't that much different. Please make the menthol stronger, or create an "Extreme Menthol"!" -

Rating "My girlfriend and I tried the e-cig and liked it until mine quit on the second day and then I picked up a Blu at Wal-Mart (menthol) and I loved LOVED LOVED it!!! She fell in love w/ it as well as it is smoother and the draw on it is so much smoother than the NJOY. I also enjoy the flavor much more than the other e-cig as well as the kick ass blu light!!!! We decided that we are on our way to a store tomorrow to pick up the starter kit and I can't wait to try the other FLAVORS!!! Thanks Blu and hopefully you will have another unwavering customer!!!!" -

Rating "Love the look and taste. First cartridge I tried was a dud. Blu won't replace duds, but they should because that's just good customer service. Speaking of good customer service, man your phones. Live chat is alright but it feels like companies are avoiding confrontation when they won't speak directly to you. Lastly, shipping could use some work. Free=SLOW, UPS mail innovations is a joke and they don't guarantee delivery date. The next option is $16+! That's outrageous, especially when a USPS priority option would equal 2-3 day shipping at a much more affordable rate. P.S. Please make non nicotine cartridges available in stores." -

Rating " A pack of gum has more Menthol than this cartridge did. Other than that I enjoy the freedom and my wife enjoys a less stinkier man (smelling like an ashtray.) I also found some brands with a higher nicotine level than what you provide but not the quality. So if you read these reviews, please make the Menthol much stronger or make a 2nd version. " -

Rating "I have at least 5 e-cigs--I keep searching for one that I like as well as real cigs. So far, the Blu disposable is by FAR my favorite. The classic tobacco flavor is appealing and the thick vapor feels realistic in your mouth. My only complaint, was about the starter kit I bought. I charged it up and excitedly put on the cartridge and inhaled a mouth full of thin, harsh, metallic tasting vapor. Quite disappointed, I switched to another flavor then another and discovered that they all had the same disgusting taste. I was pretty shocked that this product was from the same company that produces the wonderful disposables. These kits are not cheap and I am hesitant to buy anything else to see if it was just a bad batch. It's too bad because I loved the look and feel of the smaller e-cig as well as the cute pack. Let me know if you guys come up with a product I can count on and I will gladly stock up."
