I've had a couple of cartridges that didn't last long due to leaking, but it was literally only two or three. The savings is great incredible! No taste Batteries not charging properly and not getting the amount of puffs that I was supposed to be getting, so after looking further on-line I thankfully found your product, I went to my local store and purchased a original starter-kit and got it home was ververy impressed with the look and feel of the cig and after charging when I smoked it for the first time, I was happily amazed at how wonderful and crisp the flavor (menthol) was It tasted fresh even better than a real cig!!!! I want to thank-you for putting out such a well thought out product, it works great I'm sold and am looking forward to using it!!!!!!" -

Rating "I am on a very limited budget and have tried many other e-cigs. The problem I have with e-cigs is there is no true sensation of smoking when you take a drag off of them. There is flavor but no "smoking sensation", that almost burn you get in the back of your throat. That is what tells me, in my mind, that I am smoking. Trying to trick myself with other e-cigs never worked. I bought the disposable Blu because I didn't want to spend the money for the starter kit just to have fail in satisfying me as so many other e-cigs have. I will be going to buy the starter kit tomorrow. My only complaint would be that the disposables only come in high dosage. I smoke lights and the classic tabacco flavor I bought about killed me when I took my first drag, and now that I look online I see that every dose except for high is out of stock. I guess I will have to try Java Jolt." -

Rating " switched to Blu a year ago! I love the fact that I do not need ashtrays or lighters and that I can smoke this anywhere I want. I bought 3 packs since I switched so that I always have a charged pack on hand. I also found that it is good to order many refill cartridges at a time, you can only get the high nicotine at Walgreens so if you want cartridges with lower nicotine you will need to order them online. If you spend $100 you get free UPS shipping which comes way faster than USPS. My favorite flavor is the Cherry. I stil can't believe I do not miss a regular cigarette! This has definetly been a life changer for me and my family is happy. If you are considering this product then just go for it. " -

Rating " a co-worker turned me on to your product. WOW! After 30 years of smoking. I can't tell you how much it has changed my life already. My family and friends can finally stand to be around me because I no longer smell like a nasty ash tray. I am so happy now because I know I will never touch a real cigarette ever again. Thank you so much for such a wonderful product. I will continue to use your product despite a couple of small drawbacks. Sometimes your cartriges work only half the time.and your batteries don't always charge up even though the light says it is. That is frustrating sometimes when I need an e-cig and I have to wait for the other battery to charge. And the flavor doesn't last all the way through to the end so I only use about 2/3 of the cartriges. That is why I gave you only 4 stars. I hope that can be fixed. Other than that, great product. " -

Rating "I started with the Medium cartridge and just ordered the low and none I can not THANK YOU enough!!! I can't go to the store and get the cartridge, the only cartridge the store has is the high, but that's ok because they cost more in the store. I have no problems with my batteries my pack came with 2 and I ordered a third and have never had to use the 3rd. My battery last about a day 1/2. MY FAMILY & FRIENDS THANK YOU!!! :)" -

Rating "I love this product! It is a great alternative to traditional cigs. The only complaint that I have is with the refill cartridges. I have purchased 4 refill packs so far. Upon opening the packs, it appears that the cartridges are leaking inside of the new package, which is severely decreasing the amount of puffs out of each cartridge. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!!! I will continue to buy, as long as something is done about the cartridges. I feel like I am not getting what I pay for when half of the fluid is all over the sides of the cartridges, and inside the plastic. Will give 5 stars when cartridges are corrected!" -

Rating "I have used Blu for almost a year. Love it helped me quit smoking real cigs. Love the cherry flavor. Hate the reward points. I have to call each time I use the points to get the points for the items I actually paid for. I get a box free with my points...I don't get points for the 25 I buy. They cannot seem to get the problems fixed and I am ready to try another e cig as a result. Some of the cartridges don't work and some of the batteries get hot and don't turn off. To try and deal with sending things back when there are so many customer service issues already is not worth my time. Love the product...but hate the customer service. I have found a place that will replace the Blu cig for free with their product, so I'm off to their competition with mixed feelings. PLEASE GET YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES FIGURED OUT, so you don't end up losing out on the 1/2 of your business that is good." -

Rating "I love the taste and fell of this product. I've had 3 batteries fail so far, and the 1 year warranty doesn't renew when they replace a battery; so now I'm paying for replacement batteries. Also, it is quite a chore to get the smart pack to charge a dead battery and keep charging it until it's full. I typically have to open and close the lid a few times and press the social button until the red lights come on. I love "smoking" my Blu, but I can't always do so when I want to." -

Overall..a godsend...but some complaints

Rating "I love blu...6 weeks ago...I bought a blu disposable on a whim at a gas station....can I just say now...omg....after I found the same satisfaction from a blu disposable that I ever had from a regular stinky...I was intrigued..so I did research..read the reviews and decided to go all in..I bought the premium 100 starter kit...now for the pros and cons...pro...since I picked up my first blu disposable..I have been tobacco free... hallelujah!!! That, in and of itself is an incredible task...and it is one that no other ecig could accomplishment...so...kudos blu..it is why I keep ordering despite the cons I am about to list..however, these are some serious cons if you are thinking of investing you need to consider....in my time of ordering about 2 of every 8 batteries work properly, some carts are better than others, consistency is an issue...and consider this...I have tried several shipping options...if you opt for free shipping your order is low priority....even though the tout free shipping..if you opt for free shipping it takes weeks for your order to even be processed...when you pay they get it out same day...that's kinda shady imho...and when I order what I want is almost always out of stock...so imho...where blu needs to improve is this..battery quality control....inventory control...and not advertise free shipping for orders over 100 dollars and then putting those orders to the back of the queue..however, when it comes to dropping the tobacco habit...they have it all over the competition...all I can say is I hope they clean up their stocking and shipping act so I don't have to resort to making my own..which if you read the vaping logs is a clear and viable solution..not one I want to take..but will " -

Rating " I have tried every e-cig out there and just was not satisfied with the quality of any of them, then I tried blu. The quality of blu is the best in my experience. The vaper last a long time. They are lighter than other brands. I do drop it at inoppertune times, at Wal-mart, then I have to wait til I get home and clean it. I wish they weren't so slippery. I do still smoke regular cigarettes. I don't really want to quit smoking but blu comes in handy when I can't smoke. Thank You blu. I only smoke classic tobacco, I don't care for fruit flavored vaper, or menthol. I smoke the 5. I need the nicotine.I'm glad I bought mine at the store, dealing with the customer problems I.ve read about here, I would've canceled. I do wish that all of it was American made. That would've been great. " -

Rating " I tried several electronic cigs and found that the blu cig is the best for me. With this cig, you don't have to strain yourself while drawing on it. And you get a comparable amount of vapor/smoke as if you are really smoking. I like the blu light...I tell people I'm making a fashion statement. :) I work part time bartending and this is where I used to smoke the most. People at the club are entertained and intrigued with the blu cig and ask all the time how it works, etc. My only complaint is that the batteries don't last long enough. I had to purchase extra batteries and an additional charger. Several times I've found myself without a charged cig and have had to buy some disposables to smoke while waiting for the batteries to charge. Also the flavor gets harsh toward the end of the cartrige's lifetime. But overall, I will contiue to buy this product and it's made it very easy Thank you for a great eCig! AMB" -

Rating "Been using blu for a month now. Blu is awesome and no mess and no smell and can use it anywhere I want to. Im using the premium 100's and getting about a day and a half out of a cartridge. No problems so far with the blu e cig but I do have a big complaint with the ordering and shipping. I placed an order 16 days ago and it is still listed as processing lol I have sent 5 emails in that time and all I get is an auto response. I posted something on Facebook and right away someone looked into it for me and told me the stuff I ordered was on back order back order you say lmaooooo isn't this the only product you sell lmaooooooooo that's like McDonalds running out of hamburgers. anyway 16 days and still waiting for the order to ship crook of shit if you ask me . Someone needs to look into the customer service section I think and quit worrying about the corporate sales. just a thought !!!! "
