Rating "5 Stars for Product!. Now I exclusively vape with Blu. I tried another product before this one (the name escapes me now), but I really wasn't satisfied with the overall quality and taste. If it comes down to pull-power and strength for you, then this is a good way to go (I personally use the Premium 100s with "high" nicotine levels). 2 Stars for Flavored Cartridges... I would advise to the purists out there who are in doubt or slightly curious about ordering the flavored cartridges to just go ahead and avoid them altogether. Stick with Classic Tobacco. I will admit though that I have only tried the Pina Colada and Peach Schnapps. They were so bad that I couldn't even bring myself to smoking them further. It's a good idea, but it just doesn't deliver unfortunately. I would have tried the other flavors, but they are never available it seems in the Premium 100s (frustrating). 1 Star for Customer Service... I know some companies pride themselves on excellent customer service, and I value that too. Unfortunately this just isn't one of those companies. To wait on the phone for an agent for twenty minutes, only to finally have an automated agent tell you "sorry, we're experiencing unusually high volumes, we will not be able to take your call at this time" and then get hung up on?...not cool! This has happened to me repeatedly. No email responses to inquiries either unfortunately. I provided an order number even, and still nothing. I'm not sure what to think really." -

Rating "I have heard people talking about the electronic cigarette and how much better it is with the odorless vapor . I am on day #7 and I feel good. I ordered the starter kit because I know stress will come in life and I will want to puff on something so what better to puff on than a 0 mg nicotine cig!! Rating " I came across Blu while watching a show I never watch and saw a girl smoking it. (JWOWW) I bought one that day and LOVE IT! I actually got a disposable because I wanted to make sure I liked it first. Not only do I like it, but when I went in the Smoke Shop for another one, I didn't even LOOK at the real cigarettes! I haven't had a craving for them at all. With that being said, I have read the reviews and after going over some of them, I think I will stay with the disposable ones. Seems the batteries are not good in the starter kit. Disposables work well for me. THANK YOU BLU!!!" -

Rating "I have tried many brands of e-cigs from small smoke shops to $100 kits. What I like about these is the convenience of the recharging pack and the atomizers that are built into the cartridges. The variety of flavors is a nice bonus as well! The most important part of the flavor for me is the quality of the vapor. Blu e-cigs have gotten right! These don't burn my throat when I smoke them like many others have. Also, I have never had the liquid spit out and burn my tongue like some have also done. Blu e-cigs is a quality product that I am very happy with. If I had only 1 critisism it is that the flavor doesn't last very long. Close to half way through the life of the cartridge, the flavor begins to fade. It then becomes a oily, burnt taste that I can only assume is the glycerin in the cartridge. I belive in an effort to create a smooth e-cig, Blu had to compromise the life of the flavor. Work on that Blu and you will have a product that can't be beat!" -

Rating "I was skeptical about the blu cigs. I have to say that they work. The cherry, menthol, and vanilla flavors are the best. We bought 2 starter kits from the store. So, we have 4 batteries, 2 for each of us. After using the blu's for over 2 weeks, I can say they need to improve battery life. We have the premium set with the original charger pack. Constantly puffing on the blu's trying not to smoke- the batteries don't last long. You always have to have one on charge. A downfall, but that's what we've been doing. Tonight, one of my husband's batteries quit working- the light stays solid blue and will not charge. I think the pack is messed up and caused the bad battery. For the money you have to pay- I am disappointed that this happened in only 2 weeks of using them. If blu wants us to continue to use their product and not go to V2 cigs (which I know 3 people who use these)- Then blu needs to correct this problem. Overall- besides this incident- an overall good experience. Works for us!" -

Rating "Love these, My only complaint is a pretty big one... Supplies!!! It's not always convenient online & would be nice if there was ANYTHING other than high nicotine at every single store! I'm on the border of IL & MO, I have checked all over both sides of the bridge and still nothing but high...so frustrating! Also I think it's completely insane that the charger box is sold separate from its charger?? All and all it's a great product, I just can't wait for them to be more commercialized so they are more convenient!! " -

Rating "I bought the blu cig premium 100 for my husband and I ! They really work, thought it wouldn't but it does kick the cravings!! One complaint we both have is some if the cartiges don't work and leak out the top whole.. And the original cartridges work better in the 100 premium package!! Batteries don't last long enough!!! Just a few tips but overall they really do work " -

Rating "The blu cigs are great. These are alot easier on me and they work once you get used to them. I believe as time goes by the product can't do anything but get better with all the input you recieve. The only problem I have is why it takes almost 2 week's to recieve your order from the time you place it? I live in Ky and your shipping from NC that's 3 day's by regular mail. It seem's to alway's take 3 to 4 day's to process an order and another week before it even ship's. With the business your providing I would think your staff would have more of a sense of urgency to get the product out. This is really ridiculos and the only complaint I have other than that everything is great." -

Rating "I was sceptical about the product after having a defective atomizer as well as 2 of the cartridges but, the representatives were quite professional and generous. They immediately replaced the atomizer yet, I am still waiting on the cartridges in which they offered me a complete 5 pack of the Java Jolt! I did have to buy a new pack locally to insure that I had it available to me without doing without them. I have recommended them to all smokers I encounter and gave away 1 of the chargers,atomizers and 2 cartridges to my mother to insure her safety as she is 75 years old and burns everything! I am having to return 1 of the atomizers to the company at my expense but, truly will continue to promote this product. I just wished I had received the replacement pack more quickly as, I am still waiting on its arrival and the expedited methods of delivery are more than the cost of a 5 pack! Rating " Last Monday i got a wild hair to try one and give it a good honest try I first finished the last pack i had online in a google plus hangout with about 8 friends as a witness to the event, then hours later i drove to my local retailer and purchased the Blu e-cigarette starter kit for just a little more than what one carton of cigarettes would cost. The first day i wore that thing out because i didn't realize the cartridges that come with the starter kit do not have Nicotine in them. i burned up 3 filters the first day before i realized this though. For a test i grabbed a regular smoke and lit it up to see if this thing was doing any good. The next day I returned and purchased the nicotine loaded filters but i only use those first thing in the morning now. " -

Rating "I have had my blu for almost 2 weeks. I could not be happier. I troed to smoke because what o read about the battery issue. I returned pro smoke the next day, and bought blu. I have had no battery issue pr back issue at all. I even bought 2 joyeyech 510 batteries and don't even need them. These batteries last just as long as any other battery I have. The juis blu uses taste great and I a, very pleased with myremium 100 pack. BLU ALL THE WAY. Two thumbs up" -

Rating "Love the flavor and rewards points. I have the regular, as well as the premium kit. I use both because the batteries do not last long enough. The premium USB port became dislocated after a couple of month's. I returned the charger along with the wall plug. The replacement charger came today, but no wall plug was sent. Long wait time to chat and calling disconnects after 5 minutes. Not pleased with the customer service. Thinking about switching to different brand if continued issues with customer service." -

Rating "I have tried many of the electronic cigarettes and found that Blu is the leader in the E Cig business. They have easy access to cart's and a great warranty on the electronics themselves. If you have any problems you can email, phone, or online chat with a rep and get your problem resolved right away. Batteries last a long time and the disposables are great themselves, but I prefer the rechargeability of the packs. It is cheaper in the long run since you dont have to buy lighters anymore, you also dont have to worry about burning something say like you drop a cigarette while you are driving. Blu is also great for the elderly smoker as you do not have to worry about them burning the house down. The only problem is to get them to change over first. There are many aspects that the Blu has that once you try them you will stick with it. Providing the company doesnt forget about the customer. Have a great Blu day."
