Rating "Tried my brother's tabacco one and decided to try the methol disposibles. They were delivered Friday so that Monday, I left my cigs in the car (YIKES!) and totally relied on blu for the day. 10a hit, my break time, and I strarted getting anxious. My attorneys complained that I'm not at my desk at lot because of my smoking but I just picked up my blu and puffed away with my ankle on my knee AT MY DESK! People walking back and forth in front of me, not saying a word about any smells. Got really stressful towards the end of the day and I puffed for about 15 minutes but I was able to sit at my desk all day without having to go outside 5 times for a smoke Only thing is I guess I must be a heavy smoker because by the next morning, it had tuckered out and I had to open another disposible. I'm planning on ordering the 100 Premium so hopefully, they will last longer for me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND blu! " -

Vapor needs to be stronger

However, due to a recent decision at work to classify those using ecigs with nicotine as still "smokers" for insurance purposes, I switched to the non-nicotine cartridges....and I was sadly disappointed at the non-existent strength of the vapor. I like the Magnificent Menthol - and in the non-nicotine its like you can't even tell you are inhaling anything. Can you please up the strength of the menthol in the menthol - these don't have any hit at all in the back of your throat.........thanks!" -

disappointed in replacement product

Rating "My husband ordered Blu for me in July of 2012. I immediately liked everything about it ....until the batteries started not lasting and the replacement batteries were defective.I have ordered extra batteries so I can have some when I have to return others.I ordered an extra charging pack because my first (and best) one broke.The charging pack was defective so I was left with nothing but the USB to charge the batteries.Thank goodness I did tracking on my return...the package was received 5 days ago and when I spoke to a rep. they said they have no information on it. I have been sold on the whole concept of Blu but I am very disappointed and frustrated with the quality of replacement products that I am receiving.I was so sold on it that I purchased a starter kit for my son(He loves it but was shipped a defective battery with the kit).At this point I am just VERY disappointed with the company." -

Rating "Almost a month ago, I bought two starter kits at Walgreen's after we tried other E-Cigs that we ordered online and absolutely HATED the most. We love them because they're smooth and tasteful. No smoke smell....no ashes, whatever. We have no complaints......I'm planning on ordering a new cartridge of different flavor from this online since Walgreen sells a few, though. I would recommend highly this to anyone. " -

Rating "I like to write reviews when things are good, not just when they're bad, like so many people tend to do ...... so, what I did first, was try some of the disposeables first, before making the big purchase of a whole kit, and instantly loved them!! Even got my husband to try mine and then he got one for him, so he could use one off and on to see how much he'd like it. But me, I instantly knew I was going to be able to smoke these. I know a lot of people complained that the menthol needed more menthol, but my friends used to joke with me that it sounded like I was toking on a joint, when drawing in on my cigarettes, cuz I took air in with them. Otherwise, they were too strong for me, no matter which brand of cigarette I'd smoke!! Ha! So with these, they're actually perfect for me. But yes, the problem with retailers here in town, and we have a bunch in our town, but ALL only carry the "Original" type starter kits, so you get the shorter cigs, AND you get the variety pack of refill cartridges, which is ok, if you want to try them once in a while, being positive, but they also don't hold the charge as long as the Premium and Premium 100. And like others have said, I didn't want to spend an extra $20 for the kit online (cuz it's cheaper at my retailers in town!), plus pay the shipping, AND I wanted the black, which stayed "out of stock" whenever I looked online!! So that part isn't so great and Blu needs to tell retailers WHAT to purchase and carry for customers and they might even sell more, but too, they need to keep enough on hand because I think these could really be a big hit!! So I say, GO FOR IT!!! I love it!! And if I still spend the same amount of money, that's ok, if the trade-off is that I'm healthier!! And I already feel healthier, so this is totally great and if you're contemplating it, try the disposables first, if youlike them, do it and get you the starter kit and make sure you follow the directions for charging and all that, it's no big deal, since we charge so many other stuff anyways!! I think you'll be pleasantly surprised!! And that's my 2,3 and 5 cents worth of info!! And I'd give a 5 star rating if they weren't so much more expensive online as well as being sold-out, and then not informing the retailers of "what" to buy and keep on hand for customers! Otherwise, great, all the way around, in my humble opinion!! Jennifer" -

But I smoke cigars So how about it when can we expect to see the blu cigar with no smell and No smoke. And of course No Ash :-). Think about it you would make a lot of people happy. Cigar smokers would not have to worry about people complaining about the smell and we could smoke without offending people who hate cigars and cigar smokers. Hurry up and create the cigar Please " -

Great Product Poor Customer Service

Rating "This is my second review and I am finally happy with my Blu Cig. But Blu Cig customer support is no support in my opinion. My complaint was that the Blu Cig battery was not charging properly. And I wanted to know if there was something that I was doing wrong. The battery when charged with the pack would only last for about 3 or 4 puffs and then blink 30 times and stop working. And the only way to make the battery last longer was to charge the battery on the USB port on my laptop. Even then the batteries would only last about five or ten minutes even if I was not puffing on them. I explained this to the customer service agent and she told that they were working properly and they were only suppose to last for a couple of minutes and then you have to recharge that's why they come with two batteries. I even explained that a friend of mine purchase the exact same type of starter kit as I at the same Walgreens and was not having this problem.Then she proceeded to tell that their was nothing she could do for me. and asked me if there was anything else she could help me with. Well it did not take me long to prove that she was a liar. I went back to Walgreens and explained my problem and she was very polite and friendly. After listening to my problem she offered me a replacement at no charge. I thank her and I awhile before writing this review because I wanted to see if the new starter kit has the same problem and guess what the new starter kit works great. To the Walgreens manager Thank you! and to the Blu Cig agent Shame On You for not working harder to assure that I was a Happy Customer. Now I get about any where from 3 to 6 hours use from a single battery depending on how much I puff. now I will stick to Blu Cigs. At least until I need customer support again. Hopefully I never will." -

Rating "Got my Blu 100 kit in mail today, already chged & useing love it. More of a drag like on regular cig. I am pleased ! I bought my original kit from Walgrns. Like it very well, but for battery life not lasting long, other than like it. Cartridges seem to last a long time. Taste really good. Menthal, classic & peach so far. Also had great service on fb when 2 of my batteries tip stayed on, the gentleman gave me points to get two more.. Also service good,takes about week & half to get stuff, but that is pretty good. I keep my batteries, cartridges I keep extra's on hand in case one goes bad. Anyway Blu. Keep Up the good service , & please work on battery life. I do love yor product."
