Rating "I was very skeptical at first about e-cigs, after trying the disposable ones from various makers. But I took the dive and Bought a premium 100 starter kit. All I can really say is WOW, I cannot believe I have found an alternative to smoking cigarettes which already smell and taste like ass. I can now enjoy the actual smoking motion of the cigarette and get my nicotine fix. I would smoke a BLU cig over a regular one any day. I have been nothing but satisfied and just overall consideration for others I just have to say BLU all the way man. The only problem you will prob experience from time to time is the fact that some cartos may be faulty or the juice has all been clustered at the ass end of the carto, in that case just rub it between your hands ( I find that a hair dryer works much, much better) then when they are warm just give it some good taps on a hard surface, and I do mean a good hard one. Plus you can refill em if ya want to!! U just gotta get the Johnson creek a dropper, the small one and put it in a carto with a similar taste. Or if you want to blank em out, U just gotta boil them for a little making sure not to burn or disfigure the cartomizer, which is really easy just make sure they do not sit on the bottom and burn. And that's that. Blu just keep doing what you are doing and you will hopefully usher in a new healthier way of being able to enjoy our nic " -

Rating "Well, I was won over with one drag on a Blu disposable . I like a bit of relaxation, a mild stimulant from nicotine and I don't like the mess, the smell, the ash, the burned holes in clothing, the danger, etc. Plus, with Blu, I can have the ONE puff I want and put it away. For me, a one pack a week guy, this is ideal. The flavor is amazing and the convenience. I'm totally sold." -

Rating "I have the Blu 100 kit and i love it .I also have the Extreme Apollo kit and even tho the batteries are bigger and last alittle longer I like the Blu 100 kit better. With the Blu Ecig the flavor cartomizers taste way better and they tend to last a little longer.I wish the PCC would hold an extra battery instead of so many extra cartomizers , cause Blu says not to leave the battery in the charging slot after its done charging. Other than that the Blu 100 Ecig is great , i spent 8 dollars a day on smoking and now i spend 15 dollars every 5 to 7 days ,so im saving alot of money. Again the flavor cart. are way better than the Apollo or any other brand. I use the Magnificent Menthol cart. and they are great , i havent got any duds so far and you my not know the regular size cartomizers will fit on the Blu 100 batteries so thats means if you still havent got your order yet you can go out and get the smaller cartomizers to hold you over til you get your 100s , I have already done this and it works .All in all Blu is the better than all the other Ecig out there . Poor product selection in stores

Rating "Just got my Blu starter kit over a week ago. Got home excited to try it out and BAM! The only variety in the pack is HIGH nicotine content. No problem I will just run back down to my local store where I made my purchase and pick up a few packs of the low nicotine flavors, Right? WRONG! Stores only stock one strength HIGH. Why not stock a few select stores with a variety of strengths? Now I am not in some small town, I live in a large metropolitan area and out of 12 stores, Nothing. So I had to get my cartridges from the website , And had to pay an additional $26 dollars for 2 day UPS shipping unless I was willing to wait 7 to 14 business days for them to arrive USPS. Look for my next review after I get the cartridges this Friday. " -

Rating "After trying Blu for a while, I and about 8 others bought the starter kit. We all use them and enjoy them. I then purchased my wife a premium (with the battery indicater). The pack has the battery pushed in with a small pad. After a night of sitting still, the next morning the "pushed in" battery seems to have depleted a large percentage of the pack's battery. Even though the starter pack has the "screw in" battery (which some dislike), I find the design with not having the battery constantly plugged-in preferential. It seems the "snapped-in/pushed-in" battery drains the pack (could be just mine); as such, I am replacing her premium with a starter kit........it just seems a better, albeit not easier, design." -

Rating "I'd like to request that BLU deliver a version that I could buy in the stores that would have a graduated amount of nicotine, adjustable via a dial. The disposable brand delivers too much nicotine at a tine. 3 puffs equal one entire cigarette. That's way too much nicotine at a time. We'd like 12 or more puffs to equal one cigarette. At 3 puffs, its more like a nicotine 'fix' rather than a process that we'd like to enjoy over and over again." -

Rating "I have been a heavy smoker for about 40 years. I tried a couple of disposable Blus' and i was good with them, so, i bought the kit. since then my husband has started with them and I've ordered a couple more batteries. We both like them very much. in over a month and for me THIS IS GREAT!!! My only gripe is as of right now i have two orders in and their still processing the first one has been processing for over a week. the local store where I bought my first only carries the black cartridges for myself i ordered the white batteries. so i'd really prefer the natural ones.......PLEASE HURRY AND SEND MY SMOKES !!! I have to give the processing dept a much lower score than the product!!" -

Rating "I use the premium 100 pack only when I travel from the house. At home I charge the batteries in a USB port and charge the pack from the wall. Life of a battery charge depends on how hard you draw. The best draw I have found is the menthol. It crackles and pops too. And the volume of vapor is uncomparable. I love the java jolt flavor but the draw is just a little harder. Not a deal breaker by any means as I've found the 2 batteries is a reliable system. Reading the reviews I will re-order some cartridges a little more ahead of time." -

Rating "For those ordering on Fridays, know that your order will probably not be processed until the following Monday. The free UPS ground tracking (free for orders of $100+) has proven to be outstanding. I've only ordered items in stock, so I have no idea how long back orders take to process. But, I get all my stuff within a week of ordering. The batteries aren't bad for micro's, but I recommend buying extra to always have charged ones. I have several. I have a USB charge station with 7 USB slots. I have 5 of the blu USB chargers. And, I have two pre-100 charge packs and one original charge pack. I am sold on this product and have had no bad experiences with customer service. Love the cherry. Classic is a must. Vanilla, mild but okay. Peach wasn't for me. Java has a ting of coffee taste, but I have real coffee for that. The classic and the cherry are hard to beat. So far, I have only had a couple of carts that were defective and I won't bother returning such a small amount, but if it becomes a consistent problem, I will ship them back for replacement. That may be were one might encounter a customer service problem. So far, so good. " -

I originally got the one of the disposable ones to see if i liked it and to see if it would work for me. actually get away from the bad breath and the terrible smell in my clothes. I then picked up the original starter kit and have been using it ever since. I already know that I going to upgrade to the premium pack because I plan on using this. I bought my first starter kit at my local walgreens but it had a disfuctioned batteried simply returned it and got a refund so be sure TP KEEP YOUR RECIET! I like this a lot. It has a cool design too. One thing id like to see is a blue berry flavor tip. That's be something to for in the future other than thedisfunctional blucigs that are being sold the ones that work perfectly are woth it. " -

Rating "It's a great product. But their customer service is non existent. As I type this message, I am on a 30 minute 54 second waiting que for a customer service rep. I was on the phone for ten minutes before a machine told me I could leave a message and then said the mailbox was full and hung up on me. I ordered my first big order on Friday, it's still processing with no tracking number. This company will fall just as fast as its risen if this crap keeps taking place. Customer service sucks blu! Rating "I've been smoking regular cigarettes for 10 years and got my Premium 100 Blu Kit in the mail two weeks ago. I don't seem to be having any issues with batteries not charging like others are stating. Blu is a great product and many of my friends use it as well. I really enjoy the menthol, cherry, and pina colada flavors. It would be nice to see grape, apple, or blueberry make an appearance. But I think that most smokers prefer their e-cigs to taste like the real thing. I am very happy that I made the switch to Blu. I tried a few other brands before switching and found that they really can not compare to Blu. The problem I have with blucigs.com is their processing and shipping timeframes. I paid over $100 for 10 cartridge packs on February 22nd, it is now March 4th and they still have not shipped! It looks like I will have to go to the store to buy a cartridge pack to tide me over until they arrive which kind of defeats the purpose of ordering them online. Thought I would use the live chat service to ask about it and the wait time was an hour and 22 min. I know they will arrive eventually, but nicotine is an addictive substance, you would think that a retailer would recognize this fact and be a little more speedy about the processing time. " -

It says that the light is supposed to shut off when its done charging, mine blinks. Is anyone else's doing that. I did see on here that the usb might charge them better so I'll try that too. Think I'm going to have to return it.But wonderd If maybe the blinking is normal. Thanks" -

Rating "Well - I bought a starter kit a week ago Saturday... Battery life stinks, but its doable, if u keep on charged at all times. My biggest complaint is the local retailers only sell the high nicotine cartridges. I wish they carried the medium and low. Being a nurse it's important to "not smell like smoke" and give my patients the idea that is ok to smoke. I can now (almost) say I practice what I preach. If I can do this you can too. My kids are pleased that I don't reek like nasty smoke anymore. I'm pretty happy too ;-)" -

Rating "I bought the starter pack a few days ago, and the only complaint I have is that every flavor in the box tasted like coffee. It almost turned me off of the entire thing until I bought one of the menthol pack and tried that. It tastes like a menthol cigarette without the nasty smoke taste.I like the fact that I can smoke in my own home and my furniture won't smell like a burnt cigarette butt, and the fact my mouth doesn't taste like I just ate a piece of charcoal. It satisfies my nicotine craving the same as a cigarette would. I would give it a 5 star only if they separated the flavors in the starter kit so everything didn't taste like I was smoke a 5 pack of the Java Jolt. If you choose to try it buy it off the site so you can choose what flavor you want, otherwise you are going to smoke 5 coffee flavored cartridges. I'm just saying put all 4 different flavors in different little plastic pouches. Honestly there is no reason to sell the starter kit with the 4 different flavors if they all taste like coffee, but other than that this is an investment I would agree too." -

Rating "I recently purchased the blu ecig and I love it. I am very happy with it except one thing, the batteries don't stay charged that long. It seems like I am charging the batteries more often than I should. Other than that, it works great. Also, I recommend that the refill cartridges should be purchased online instead of your local retailer. At least this is my experience anyway. The refills seemed a lot fresher and lasted longer than the ones I bought at my local retailer, but this is only my opinion. Other than that, I love the blu cig. " -

Rating "I have been using this product for eight months now. The only problem I have is with the filters. I buy two packs every five days and I buy these from a major drug store chain. The problem I have are some filters have leaked the nicotine out or they just want smoke when I open the packs. Iknow there are failures with every product but this is getting worse. I am on my second charger pack since I started. If not for the filter failures I would rate the product a five instead of the four stars I gave it."
