a little trick I learned

Rating "I was going thru some forums just now and found a fix for defective carts that light up the battery but has no vapor production. first screw the defective cart on to a fully charged battery then with a flat toothpick gently push the flat end down into the mouth piece about the length of the cart, while holding the toothpick rotate your blu one rotation and that should fix it. worked for me ... hope it works for you. I'm new to this so I'm not sure if it's just me but when I take a drag from my blu I don't taste anything ... I can smell the hint of vanilla or cherry but I don't taste anything ... but like I said I'm new so I didn't know what to expect ... so can someone chime in and let me know is there suppose to be a taste? " -

Rating "I bought the starter kit at Walgreens and have continued to buy the carts there also..I love the Blu cig!!We are saving so much money and none of us stink like cigs anymore! The only downside is like everyone says, the battery charge doesn't last long and the carts I am getting from the store have several duds with no flavor and I end up throwing them away. I will start ordering them online so I can try the new flavors also! " -

Rating "I started with the disposables.....now am using the rechargables......fantastic. I have ordered some extra batteries so that I am always loaded and ready to go. Lots of people ask me about the product when they see me with it and I do not hesitate to recommend. I am a big fan of the vanilla and the cherry flavors...that was a surprise to me because I honestly thought it would not be my thing...who knew!!! The on line prices are much better than the retailers. Thank you for the options. " -

Rating "I ordered the original starter pack, I really enjoy mine..had trouble with charger pack but they did replace it..I`ve got another charging pack coming and have ordered more batteries..they don`t seem to last long at all...will see how new batteries do...over all I love the vapors effect " -

Rating "I was not totally sold on the e-cig concept but thought I would give it a try. It actually works for me I continue to purchase from Blu's website but I have to give them at least 3 weeks lead time. They don't seem to process orders very fast and if you use the free snail mail tack on another 7 days. Overall though, great product. I hope I never run into the battery issues everyone is talking about but I learned to at least maintain my batteries by cleaning them frequently. " -

Rating "The disposable was my first Blu and I loved it. I ordered the premium 100 pack after reading reviews and find it highly satisfactory. I chose the non-nicotine cartridges and can puff on it a lot longer than than the disposable nicotine Blu. I am only using the non-nic flavors because my cig smoking is based on habit-after a meal, short break, walking the dog, etc. The only problem is that I lost 2 batteries because I was not careful with it when I put it down. So I have to order more. Hopefully it won't take too long. Go Blu ;)" -

Rating "A friend gave me a Blu disposable (menthol) to try; I was leery at first, but once I got the "hang" of it, I really liked it! I wound up getting another Blu disposable, plus a couple of cheap rechargeable batteries from a gas station and a package of Blu's Vivid Vanilla cartridges (which fit nicely). I have to thank Blu for helping me...it's been a week and I couldn't be happier! " -

Rating "I decided to try these after seeing the commercial, first I bought the disposable to see if I would like the product, and I loved them except they dont last as long or produce as good a vapor as the real kits. The one I bought for my husband to try didnt work very long before quitting and the second one he bought the liquid starting leaking out the first time he puffed on it, which they exchanged it immediatly where we purchased it at (both were the disposable menthols). I on the other hand had no problems out of mine. I decided to go ahead and purchase the original starter kit for myself and then my husband also wanted one, we both love them. He had a bad battery in his kit but thankfully these come with a 1 year warranty and they are exchanging it for us. I LOVE these! I would reccomend purchasing a few batteries though because like others have stated the batteries do run out quickly, mine normally last me a day then have to be charged. I also really like how the pack charges the batteries and the little usb port charger they give you that charges the individual battery itself. " -

Rating "I love my blu, i got the starter kit last year. i like pina colada the most. the thing has stopped charging my batteries though, meanwhile the usb charger works fine. but i dont like using that, and whats the point if the pack doesnt charge the batteries on the go. so far ive called blu (no answer and a full inbox at 2pm on a wednesday..), tried chat-support (no help, no answer), and emailed them. hopefully they will get back to me and replace my warrantied product.... :( 5/5 for the product but -1 for bad customer service." -

Rating "I can't help but be excessive in almost everything I enjoy, it is my nature, or my personal curse. I tried a disposable, loved it, still do. I order the 4 pack online and keep them for traveling, but they are most effective when I spend an extended period of time in a casino. I always have a disposable on hand in the event I want one. I have one original kit, and now have two pre-100 kits. The 100 is longer lasting and suits me better, but the original is small and sleek and has its good points. I have regulated my original to an emergency backup in the unlikely event I have failure on both 100 packs and run out of disposables. The original is still viable because if absolutely necessary I can get replacement carts at Walgreens if shipping from blu has a total and complete meltdown. I order frequently in an attempt to stay well stocked. It is easy to make the $100 minimum for free UPS shipping. As to shipping, I originally did the two day shipping for the $20+ dollars to expedite delivery. I then tried the free UPS shipping. Fact is, the free shipping runs about three days longer than the two days and the money that would be spent for a couple of days earlier delivery is now funding my disposable habit. On the subject of battery life which everyone feels compelled to speak out on, I don't get the basic complaint. These are not car batteries that you carry in your pocket. The quest for more battery life in a smaller package is not limited to blu, but is the Holy Grail for smart phones and many other items. Defective batteries or chargers are a different issue, but I haven't encountered any such problem to date, (knock on wood). If I encounter an unreasonable problem with any battery, I will come here and rail on blu about it. It is a bit disconcerting that blu was bought up by a big tobacco company as that industry is more driven by customer addiction than customer service. However, the customer service has been excellent thus far I haven't seen any financial savings yet, but that is offset by the purchase of three starter kits, multiple cart packs, and a bunch of disposable's. After another month, I should be able to get a baseline on what the blu is costing me versus my old analog cost. But, I am certain I can breathe better and taste better smoking the blu than the old school analog. And, if the financial cost were equal, the health issue is all blu. Smoking, anything, remains an expensive proposition from the financial perspective. I only give the product 5 stars, because 6 is not on the scale. For what it is, this is an outstanding product that has changed my smoking habits forever I highly recommend this product to any and every one " -
