Rating "I started blu 4 weeks ago, I am buying my first house and needed to adjust my budget as most people can relate to so I started to review what I was spending the most on. As most smokers know our gov't loves to tax tobacco after realizing I spent 500.00 a month on cigs. With two days of research on all available e-cigs on the market I went with blu. And I am glad to say that I have gone from a 2 to 3 packs a day to none. I have been using just the blu e-cigs only spend 15 dollars a week. I love the design of the pack I work in the oilfield spending several days out in the middle of nowhere in a very stressful environment. The best aspect for me about blu is on location you are only allowed to smoke in certain areas with blu i can use it anywhere. Great product and the best decision I have made and have noticed several of my friends and co-workers making the switch to." -

Rating "I got tired of the smell and having to leave gatherings to go have a quick puff or two. The waste of only smoking half a cig because of time or whatever, I got another type of e-cig from a vendor at a local fair. I had looked them up online, they seemed like a great company. But my e-cig leaked, tasted funny, and kept cutting out even when on full charge. I bought my first Blu about two weeks ago. It fills my needs and I don't feel like I need a shower, no horrible taste to wipe off my lips after leaking, and I enjoy not having to miss out on conversations or field trips. I love the freedom I get from the Blu. I hope to order the starter kit soon, but I wanted the Premium 100 to start with after reading all of the reviews. For now, I will keep with the disposable ones and wait for the order to go through for my starter kit. I am so glad I saw that commercial on TV and then saw them in the big department store. Now I know what I am getting rather than trusting a website and a vendor at a fair!!" -

Rating "I had my blu e-cigs for about 5 days now im very pleased with it, the concerns im having are all the bad reviews i see online alot to do with the batteries an some sayin that the batteries only last for about 60-70 puffs then need to be charged thats not really bad because 60-70 puffs is alot so not to bothered by that the other is that the carts. dont have as many puffs in them as advertised and i actually counted each cart has about 75 puffs in them and that isnt close to a full pack of reg. cigarettes but the thing with that is i found a way that you can actually refill the blu cartridges yourself so I dont bave to go out and constantly buy new ones..but thats my little secreat.. so far i love my blu e-cigs and have told alot of people about them.. thanks Blu.. but please try to fix the battery problem fast i dont want to have to find a new e-cig just because of a battery problem.. its easily fixable.. love the product..." -

Love the flavor

Rating "For all you newbies to blu, I just wanted you to know that I have tried two of the flavors offered for the cartridge, Cherry Crush and Pina Colada. I love both of them. The cherry tastes like cherry but is not overly sweet. The pina colada definitely tastes like pineapple and coconut, and it is a little stronger than the cherry in taste. I buy the cartridges with medium nicotine. The flavor classic tobacco is very good if you want that tobacco taste. I started out with this, but I dropped it when I tried the fruity flavors. I was sceptical, and a little derisive, about the fruity flavors (you know, "real" smokers don't go in for fruit), but I have to say that I truly enjoy these flavors, and I was a smoker for forty-five years. I do not miss the "bite" of tobacco at all; I much rather have my blu. Here is a question I put out there for anyone to answer, please: I read one review in which the person said that the vanilla flavor needed a lot of work. Has anyone tried the vanilla lately? If so, what did you think about it? Did it taste like icky vanilla or real vanilla? I know that vanilla, be it as a scent or a flavor, can be screwed up easily. I do not want to buy four boxes of something I really do not like. So, let me hear about it. Thanks in advance." -

For anyone waiting to order a starter kit because they're backordered, I bought mine at Walgreens and it was actually $10 cheaper than they're selling them online! The cartridges are much cheaper ordering online, but if you want a starter kit just check out your local Walgreens! That being said, I absolutely love Blu. It took me a while, due to nerves, to try e-cigs on my own. I've tried them a few times and always liked them, but I was nervous about shelling out the initial cost. WORTH IT!!! Seriously, these are amazing. The menthol ones taste like mint chocolate, the classic tobacco is awesome with a hint of caramel, and the java is wonderful!!! The cherry isn't bad if you like cough syrup! Can't wait to try the pina colada and the peach schnapps!!! You won't regret this purchase, DO IT!!!" -

Rating "I just bought my starter pack at the grocery store down the road. I only paid $54 for mine, so I'm not sure of the difference really. It's really cool looking (I think) and I like the idea of having the cigarette box looking holder. I haven't had any issues with anything yet but if I do I'll be back to say what it is. I have been talking about it to everyone. Some are skeptical like I was at first and others are really surprised at how easily I transitioned to it from cigarettes. Pro's - No butts, no ash trays, no smell on your skin, hair, clothes, or car, you can smoke anywhere and anytime. It's easy to charge since it's USB compatible. I can charge it at work, in the car, at home, pretty much wherever I want. No tar buildup in your lungs, great flavors, reasonably prices, sleek design & color, and I can share it with my husband Con's - None at the moment. " -

Rating "I had to have major surgery in March & knowing that I would be climbing the walls I purchase two Blu disposables. During my hospital stay I was completely satisfied using it . I purchased a couple more after coming home & found that I smoked less. It also cured a problem I had of going outside in the middle of the night to smoke. I recently purchased the Blu E100 & have been completely satified I love the kit & most of all being able to sit in a public place & also my house (which I do not smoke in) & smoke. I would recommend the Blu to everyone. I love the point system, placing the order online, delivery to the door plus all the money I am saving." -

Flavor goes away

Rating "I realized that the flavor goes away pretty quick. I own both starter kits, the original starter kit in black and the 100's starter kit. The small kit doesn't have as much flavor and I would go back to regular cigarets to get that stronger flavor. With the 100's premium I noticed a huge difference, I don't know why but it was a stronger flavor which I really enjoyed but then the flavor goes away and just have a vapor with no taste. I can honestly say that I prefer my blu cig more I could be that I have to smoke all of it in one day but I don't know. The charging is another issue, not a big issue because eventually it charges but sometimes it won't charge. Overall I'm really happy with my purchases here. The products feel high class and looks pretty awesome. " -

No longer like the taste of tobacco or menthol! I use the USB charger a great deal and purchased extra batteries. This way there is always one on me and in my purse. Rating "i have been experimenting for the last week. blu does satsify the cravings, i find myself just holding it in my fingers at times. i was skeptical but now am excited. battery life is good, i have experimenting w/ battery life, knowing lithium life. the battery lasts a little over a day, assuming that will decrease in time. The online store has more options when shopping, that is good. But, we know as smokers, nothing like going to local store when we run out. how come the stores do not have same options?? try blu, cost efficent,i enjoy blu, solves nicotine urge as well as the "hand/mouth" urges" -

Rating "Tired of the smell, tried a few BLU disposables locally. The $10 disposables lasted about 1.5-2 packs of reg cigs. Ordered the Cherry carts on-line, took about 1.5 weeks for delivery. LOVE the taste & feel. Like others, it's great to be able to smoke anywhere without the smoke smelling my clothes and body. The ability to take 1 or 2 puffs instead of smoking a full cig is great , and the price ends up being about 1/2 of traditional cigs (each cartridge last just about as long as 1 pack of cigs). I have not used their batteries, I use a battery form an E-cig bought at SHEETZ and works great. The only issue I have is the inconsistencies between carts. Some 'hit' better, some have stronger flavor & aroma, and some don't last as long. Have made the switch to low nicotine and plan to move to 0 nicotine. I like using them just for the flavor/aroma. Of choices I've made in my life, this ranks 2nd best only to my marriage. THANKS BLU!! (PS- For more 'hit' use long slow draw, for more vapor/aroma us a fast hard draw) " -

Rating "I first have to say that I love my Blus. I love not smelling like smoke! I love the cherry and vanilla flavors! The Pina Colada is a little too sweet, and leaves a funny after taste. It reminds me too much of Malibu Rum (which I don't like). If you like Malibu though, you would like the Pina Colada flavor. I wasn't a menthol smoker, but the Menthol flavor is good. Waiting on the Peach right now... The batteries are a big joke though. I seem to need a replacement every two weeks. You know when the battery is bad because the blue light comes on and never goes off. Its amazing how long that light can stay on considering that when I am puffing on one it only lasts about 45 minutes. The battery problem really needs to get fixed. I totally love these ecigs, and really want to stay with them. The convenience of being able to buy the (regular) cartos at Walgreens is pretty priceless when you are waiting for your order to arrive. I haven't had to deal with customer service, so I can't comment on that. Sadly, I am not looking forward to the day when I send all my burned out batteries back. Hopefully it wont be as big of a hassle as I have heard. Customer service is a huge part of a happy customer base. Blu will need to step it up because there are a lot of other ecig companies trying to break in to the market. Customers are going to bail fast! Until I find something else that I enjoy just as much, I will remain a Blu customer. For now..." -

Rating "i keep seeing people complain about batt. life so what i did was buy a couple of extra batteries and i keep rotating them but with the on the go charger pack i have no complaint and have never been without a way to use product and only rotate extra batts.at home so dont leave a cart on batt. not in use - i dont have a problem charging on the go - i love this product and really love the saving benefits so thank you blu and i am a supporter and will be forever" -

Every time i went into the store the cashier always suggested blu to me and i didn't think i was ready but today i made the buy and i couldn't be happier. I am hoping to gradually go down in the levels. I love not smelling like an ashtray or having that nasty taste in my mouth. I shared my info with all my friends and family and so far more then half are looking into buying the product also. I also love that i can use the product anywhere smoking is not aloud. I just wish the starter pack was optional mixes due to i am only smoked menthol. I cant wait to make another review later on when i have used the product more. Rating "I purchased my BLU standard kit about four weeks ago, till I tried Blu. Awesome taste, easy to use, great taste, thanks to Johnson Creek Smoke Juice! Believe me i had no idea, tried others first, most are horrible, and fake looking. I think the Blu e-cig looks cool, so did two of my other employee associates i work with they both bought one each. I love the fact of not smelling like a nasty chimney stack, no more butts, no more ashy ash trays on the front & rear porches, my wife says thank you too,"LOL" And my car smells clean & fresh for once. Ok all the great things for me done... about the batteries I agree with all the other customer reviews. They need to fix this issue, one of mine has died, "OMG" ! What am I going to do? Thanks Blu for all your hard work and designs you have, but I do know how you can fix this issue, how about making a Standard 100 battery, and standard 100 PCC, That will fit standard carts. and when your customers have an issue, offer to exchange this new design battery with new PCC. Might cost you a little more, but in the long run, it will work and save all of your loyal customers as well. You have a great product, you shouldn't lose out to other competitors because of a simple battery fix. JUST A THOUGHT."
