Love the Blu, But Having Some Problems

Rating "I'm loving the Blu E- Cig. I bought the Smart Green Living e-cig first just to try out the whole vaping thing. The Blu is way more satisfying. (Better flavors, more smoke... plus it has a portable charging pack.) The first week was great, but now it's week two and my Blu is giving me problems... one of the batteries won't shut off after I take a drag. I have to unscrew the cartridge to stop it. Anyone else have this problem? I gave my extra battery to my girlfriend so she could try it out... I guess I'm gonna have to take it back form her. She won't be happy about that. I wanna give Blu five stars because I love the product, but I'm bummed to be having problems this early on. Maybe I got a defective battery. (The one I loaned by girlfriend seems to be working fine.) I bought my Blu at Walgreens, so I don't have the luxury of the 30 day money back gaurantee. " -

Rating " I am a satisfied Blu customer; however, let me share 'what's what' in my experience, so far: I bought a Blu Original Starter Kit; I enjoyed the Magnificent Menthol cartomizers, yet, the battery life was kinda stinky. So, what did I do? I went ahead, and ordered the Blu Premium100 Starter Kit... let's just say, I really enjoyed the Java Jolt Premium100 cartomizers... for about an hour and a half (per cartomizer!). My Blu Original cartomizers lasted for over one day, as advertised (approximately 200 puffs, or so - a 'pack' of regular cigs)... I sent back my Blu Original Kit, anyway... for Blu users out there, here's the 'deal': I contacted Blu about the Premium100 Java Jolt cartomizers' performance. They said to send them back, with their RMA form - so that they could test them. Since the offending cartomizers came with the Starter Kit, I didn't see any purpose in returning them, since I would have to pay for the shipping charges to send them back. I used my remaining Blu Original Magnificent Menthol cartomizers with the Blu Premium100 batteries, and the vapor experience was INCREDIBLE. The flavor - as well as the 'draw' - was much better; and, the Blu Original cartomizers lasted just as long as before (with the Original Kit batteries), and the Premium100 battery life was much longer than the Blu Originals (one hour and 50 minutes for the Premium100 batteries, vs. a half an hour to forty minutes with the Originals). Personally, I'm giving Blu a Five Star rating. I will continue to order Blu Original cartomizers, until I see more reviews stating that the Premium100 cartomizer life is actually longer than the Originals. Once again: the Premium100 cartomizers pack a wallop, but, DO they last longer? In my experience, the Premium100 cartomizers that I received did not - even after one of the Blu CSRs told me to 'pack' them like real cigarettes, so that the fluid within would settle down in the cartomizer - insuring a complete usage of the media within. I still love my Blu Premium100 kit, but, I'll stick with the Original cartomizers when I order, for now. The Blu light on the Premium100 pack, along with the future wireless technology, keeps me happy about my buying decision. The new batteries are awesome - even though I ordered a third Original battery (for extra backup - haha). Blu is still the one for me!" -

Rating "Bought the premium starter kit....chose Natural Tobacco flavor for my free pack of filters(Medium). This thing is AMAZING!! I am loving this E-Cig....Vanilla flavor ROCKS!...Cherry is delicious...Natural Tobbaco is good also(slight coffee taste for me but really good)...Menthol is mild but tasty...Yet to try Java, Pina Colada or Peach...but probably very tasy also....I plan on finding out. This E-Cig gives nice big puffs of vapor and the batteries last a good while...The pack that acts as a charger for your extra battery and filters is a great idea...Will recharge your battries fully in about 45mins and will do it at least 7 or 8 times before the pack itself needs recharging...all in all I love this...been 3 weeks now and feel alot better...give it a try and you will not regret it!!" -

Rating " i love blu. ive had my share of bad ones but didnt know till yesterday that they know it happens and its easy to fix at no cost to you. if you charge both with the usb charger then place them both into the pack holder, you will get a full charge, plug it into the wall at work to make sure you get a full charge. ive not had that problem. good luck hope this helps" -

Rating "I have had 3 other e-cigs before buying the blu and i have to say blu has got them all beat by far! first i tried a brand called mystic, and it tasted awful, and i couldnt even get 15-20 puffs out of it before it just stopped working completely, i had to get it replaced 3 times before i switched to a different on. i tried clayton next and ide be lucky if 1 out of the 5 filter cartilages worked, and the price was insane. then i tried nikstick. it wasnt to bad on price but it leaked in my mouth everytime i took a hit. but with the blu ive had it for almost a year now and not once have i gotten a cartilage that didnt work or leak, the flavors a pretty good i think, and its sooo incredibly affordable!,thank you!" -

I got tired of asking people for one and worrying about cancer, so I decided to try Blu. I smoke Lights and got the Light strength in the tobacco, cherry and peach schnapps. All of these taste like real cig to me! I was shocked! I have tried other brands from friends and they didn't seem real. Even with the Light strength, the taste is remarkable! " -

Rating "I must say. The exact same thing happened to me. V2 has great batteries and accessories but I feel they are lacking in there flavor selection and I'm not to fond of the tobacco flavors. The carts don't seem to produce to much vapor and the defective rate is pretty high. So what I do is buy all my batteries and accessories from V2 then I buy my cartridges elsewhere. They last longer, taste better, and produce a lot more vapor. " -

Rating "I am so happy with the Blu e-cig. I must admit I was very sceptical to even try this as I had tried another brand of e-cig and wasn't satisfied with it at all, nor the service they provided. BUT, Your product BLU came in a VERY timely manner and with no hidden costs. I must admit, I am loving the variety of flavors, I just can't decide which flavor I like best. The NEW Cherry Crush is awesome and the Menthol is quite pleasing. I am also pleased the (smoke) vapor exhaled is quite amazing just like the real deal!!!! Tthe smell OMG is just so aromatic and pleasing to the senses. Can't wait to try other flavours!!!! I too would love if they would carry a variety pack. I love the smart pack because I don't have to worry that I don't have an e-cig ready to go once one battery dies Oh my, I thought I lost my Blu the other day and I started to go crazy, well, thank goodness I had the back up in my "Smart Blu Pack". Rating "I tried another e-cig before Blu and had some issues. Their CS promised warranty replacements I never received. I switched to Blu and though the short life of a battery charge is anoying I guess it's the trade off considering the size. I ran into an issue with one of the batteries. Filled out an online RMA and sent my defective to Blu on a Thursday figuiring it would be weeks before I see a replacement if ever. I checked my mail today (the following Tuesday) and there was my replacement battery. That can't be beat by anyones service. I'll try online ordering supplies from them instead of Walgreens and see if that turn around is just as Stellar."
