"i keep seeing people complain about batt. life so what i did was buy a couple of extra batteries and i keep rotating them but with the on the go charger pack i have no complaint and have never been without a way to use product and only rotate extra batts.at home so dont leave a cart on batt. not in use - i dont have a problem charging on the go - i love this product and really love the saving benefits so thank you blu and i am a supporter and will be forever"

"Yes I have had a lot of problem with bats I have done everything from hit on it to all they have told me I also got a pack of 100 classice and sent in 2 rma with bad products have not got a refund they must have lost them"

"I just purchased the kit and I am in love. Every time i went into the store the cashier always suggested blu to me and i didn't think i was ready but today i made the buy and i couldn't be happier. I am hoping to gradually go down in the levels. I love not smelling like an ashtray or having that nasty taste in my mouth. I shared my info with all my friends and family and so far more then half are looking into buying the product also. I also love that i can use the product anywhere smoking is not aloud. I just wish the starter pack was optional mixes due to i am only smoked menthol. I cant wait to make another review later on when i have used the product more. All i can say is this product is amazing and the most awesome thing i have bought so far this year."

"I purchased my BLU standard kit about four weeks ago, till I tried Blu. Awesome taste, easy to use, great taste, thanks to Johnson Creek Smoke Juice! Believe me i had no idea, tried others first, most are horrible, and fake looking. I think the Blu e-cig looks cool, so did two of my other employee associates i work with they both bought one each. I love the fact of not smelling like a nasty chimney stack, no more butts, no more ashy ash trays on the front & rear porches, my wife says thank you too,"LOL" And my car smells clean & fresh for once. Ok all the great things for me done... about the batteries I agree with all the other customer reviews. They need to fix this issue, one of mine has died, "OMG" ! What am I going to do? Thanks Blu for all your hard work and designs you have, but I do know how you can fix this issue, how about making a Standard 100 battery, and standard 100 PCC, That will fit standard carts. and when your customers have an issue, offer to exchange this new design battery with new PCC. Might cost you a little more, but in the long run, it will work and save all of your loyal customers as well. You have a great product, you shouldn't lose out to other competitors because of a simple battery fix. JUST A THOUGHT."

"At first I was REALLY unhappy with how long it took to process my order (over 10 days.) Then I was REALLY unhappy with how long it took for shipping (over 2 weeks.) I contacted customer service on the site and while the response time was good the overall attitude was AWFUL!!! Yes, I realize that my being upset that it took so long to process my order, and then finally to begin shipping it to me wasn't the CSR's fault. However, the CSR had no information to give me as to when/if I would receive my order nor any type of suggestion as to how to avoid it in the future. Considering I have NO OTHER OPTION but to use the online option for ordering additional cartridges I definitely hope that the customer service improves in the future. As far as using the blu 100 starter kit: Not impressed with battery life in the least. The pack itself is bulky and heavy, as are the "e-cig's" themselves. I could do without all of the blue lights everywhere. I opted for the vanilla flavor and I am enjoying it quite a bit. The cartridges themselves have been good and the life of the 3 I've used so far are also very good. Didn't realize when purchasing the 100 kit that I'd be unable to purchase any refills in-store. NOT happy about that. Went to order additional cartridges and all of the flavors I wanted to try (Peach/Pina Colada) are out of stock. So I opted to get more vanilla and some menthol. I'd still like to be able to try more of the flavors but given the issues with my first purchase/processing/shipping I'm not sure I want to have to "go without" while I wait indefinitely. Overall I'd highly recommend to ANY smoker. No ash, no smell, no lighter or ashtray needed. I can smoke in the car/house and no one is bothered in the least. I am really happy to have a MUCH CHEAPER option Blu: Please look into getting your processing and shipping under control, especially for the 100 series. I'd gladly have spent more money and purchased more products but the "out of stock" combined with the earlier issues I'd already encountered left me feeling less than thrilled about my prospects. Perhaps you could even work with your customer service reps a bit more regarding their negativity and "What do you want me to do about it" attitude. We aren't expecting miracles, but a simple "I know that this is frustrating but we truly value you as a customer. We are working very hard to streamline our ordering/processing/shipping and hope that you will stay with us as our popularity grows and our new product(s) supply catches up with demand." "

"Tried disposable Blu for a few weeks . loved it . So Bought Starter kit Had it one week and it quit charging ciggs. and charge didnt last more than a few hrs.. Disposables last 2 days.. But cant afford $10.00 everyday or two..But will keep smoking them until they improve.."

"So I decided to try ecigs for the convenience, I really didnt expect to like it much but I now like the blu ecig more than my traditional marlboro cigarette. After trying the disposable (classic tobacco) which I love, and several other brands of ecigs I decided to go ahead and make the $100 investment in the premium100 starter kit. At the time I ordered the website said it was in stock, now a week later I find out that they are out of stock and aren't expecting a shipment for another week and who knows how long it will take to ship to me after that! I love the product (disposables) but I really been looking forward to getting the starter kit so I can stop shelling out $9.99 every couple of days. Cmon blu! Get your products in stock and keep it that way!!!"

"I've been vaping blu premium 100 for over 1 year now, think that blu is an amazing product, but like others, I too have some issues. From the beginning at least one out of ten cartridges in my order was empty. Annoying when you consider that they are supposed to be equivalent to 1 pack of cigarettes! For quite a while I have been getting batches of near empty or partially full cartridges. Pop one in the battery take a few good hits then nothing. Not empty on receipt but pretty darn close. My order from about 6 weeks ago was for 5 packages of cartridges. Most of them couldn't have been more than half-full of juice. I went through them in no time. Now I usually get a mixture of half-full and full. Okay, so I'm still a customer, but I do get a little frustrated when it takes so long to receive an order that I have to buy at retail the non-100 regular cartridges. Also, the batteries do not hold a charge for very long. I quickly realized that owning only 2 batteries was not a good thing. So I ordered more. Right after receiving the "extras" one of the originals died. I have ordered several replacements for defunct batteries over the last 13 months. Yadda, yadda, yadda! If I only had to rate the product itself, the technology, and the flavor, I would give 6 stars. When it works it works great; as I said, it's an amazing product.!"

"I bought a original starter pack. I love the feel of the Blu Cigs. I no longer crave for a regular one... Ever. All the flavors taste great and I love how I can smoke it anywhere, even though I get some dirty looks. Haha. BUT I do have a few complaints. First, the flavors are good but after awhile the flavor goes away & it gets really gross and harsh on my throat. There is still vapor so it isn't out or time for a new refill. They need to make the taste last longer. Another complaint is the Menthol filters over heat a lot faster than the other flavors. Idk why but that gets annoying. my last complaint is that when I charge my batteries on the USB charger they last a long time but when I charge them fully with the back they seem to die really fast. Overall it's a great product. They just need some adjustments. "

"I have tried 2 other types of E-cigs in the past, and they don't even begin to compare to the Blu I picked up today. Right off I noticed that it was much smoother, and had a much better flavor. (Disposable Classic Tobacco) My first experience with an E-cig last year was absolutely horrible! I spent over $150 on a starter kit from a well known brand, and ended up giving it a way. It made my throat incredibly sore, gave me a lung infection that lasted for about 2 months, and took 2 weeks of antibiotics to get rid of. :/ I decided last week to give e-cigs another try. My other half was trying to be sweet and picked up a small starter pack for another fairly well known brand containing the same main ingredient that the first brand did. I decided to try it anyway since it was a different brand. I noticed that once again, almost instantly (by the end of the 1st day) my throat was getting sore, and my lungs started to feel like I'd been chain smoking non-filters. They were made with propylene glycol, which for some reason, my lungs react badly to. I picked up a Blu disposable today and instantly noticed the difference. I then noticed they use vegetable glycerin!! I have been smoking it all day, and I LOVE IT!. My throat is NOT sore, my lungs do NOT feel heavy, the amount of vapor is phenomenal, and they taste...smooth. I don't think I will order a starter kit until they are off of back order, and a few of the kinks with the batteries/cartridges have been worked out. I do plan on continuing to pick up the disposables, and even trying the menthol. If it's as smooth as the classic, I'll be picking up a few extra for family members to try! I have found mine great so far, and I really enjoy the higher nicotine content!!! "

"First I would like to say that I love the flavor of the Blu cig over any other ones I have tried on the market. The taste is delicious and smooth. The other's I have tried were harsh on my throat and tasted like the bottom of an ash tray. Only being a new casual smoker, I purchased a menthol disposable to try. My issue, "battery died in under 15 hours..what a dissappointment. My sons smokes the premium and loves them so I thought I would give them a try. I immediately called as well as tried the online chat with customer service. Waited for both for over 20 minutes, till I finally got through. They were very pleasant and were willing to rectify the issue by sending me out a new disaposable at no cost to me. "Awesome, right?" While waitng for this to come in the mail, I purchased yet another. You could tell the first was defective in every aspect. I was so looking forward to a better experience, which I got for 24 hours and again the battery died...even after following there exact instructions and being told the batter should last 3 days. Out of curiosity my son took it apart to look into it and found that there was plently of liquid left, so I did not smoke it out, just another battery issue. Not a happy camper. I still plan on purchasing the rechargeable 100's when they get in stock. Hope customer service can fix the problem with defective ones, more agents so the wait is not so long and better stock. For this reason I am only giving this a 4 star. Hope to change that once my rechargeable order comes in. Not worth wasting $10 on disaposable ones. Either way I do love the flavor and smoothness of them. Happy Smoking!!!"

"This product is very well made and delivers a shockingly close to conventional ciggarette taste and drag. I have not had a problem with battery life as I change out batteries to charge after every smoke (I'm pretty sure thats why they give you 2 batteries people). This way I am always ready to have a puff when I want. What concerns me most is the fact that in California law makers are trying to ban this product and others like it in all the same places that conventional ciggarettes have been baned. This I can not stand for and will break this law if it passes. I quite frankly find this attack on smokers extremely hard to understand there is no oder no second hand smoke and no fire. So why are smokers singled out when they are simply trying to comply with the rules and enjoy themselves as well. This is prejudice at it's finest people most non smokers think we are low rent trouble makers and or crimenals. This is simply not true we have tried and succeded in puting there issues to rest with the creation of e-cigs now they should KINDLY LEAVE US ALONE. the only draw back to the designe of the e-cig product is the lense in front of the battery it just needs to be secured better otherwise 5 stars all the way. "Just started using Blucigs 4 days ago and so far I can say it's a good product. Purchased the starter kit from my local pharmacy. It actually feels like i'm smoking a traditional cig. As far as savings, it already appears to be doing it's part. I'm in NYC where my brand of cigs are over $11.00 a pack and here it is 4 days gone and i'm still on my first Blu flavored cartridge. So far I can say i'm delighted as a new customer."

" so i bouight a blu cig.i got home and i began smoking. it seemed to work and i liked the fact that it was suppoosed to have 500 puffs.here i am now two hours after i left the store my blu cig does not work. I only got maybe 30 puffs"

" A friend of mine first showed me the new blu ecigs, and me was quite skeptical. But after my first draw on a blu ecig(menthol flavored) fell in love. Now I can smoke anywhere I please, sh** I can smoke in church if I want to. I've tried ecigs before and I was turned away due to having to lug around a giant wand of an ecig. Blu is the MOST convenient smoking alternative out there. I can charge on the go so I never have to go without. I simply love blu ecigs, your my boy blu. -Todd Lunsford"

"As a 4 year vaper, I tend to look at Blu cigs somewhat less favorably that I would a lot of other companies. I'm thankful, though, that your disposibles provide a valuable service for people, like my wife, who want an alternative to tobacco products (cigarettes), but have little patience for cartridges, refill liquid and battery charging. Despite spending a couple hundred dollars on various electronic cigarette kits over the years, my wife quickly abandons them for the convenience of a cigarette pack. The only thing that prevents my wife from totally adapting to Blu is the rather weak menthol flavor. Being a longtime Newport smoker, Blu pales in comparison. "

"my aunt bought me a blucig and i loved it the first few days. after that i wasn't able to get a good drag off of it. i order more carts. and when i recivied them there wasn't any flavoring so the only thing i ask is that you fix the flavoring problem and the charging problem and the blucig wilkl be wonderful...... "

"The first time I bought a blu disposable I was stunned. I couldn't believe that these things were just like a cig...freaking awesome. My hubby bought me the starter kit at Walgreens. I'm now on number THREE.Issues with battery not charged by packs...battery life, batteries stopping working, bum carts and today I got a new starter that wall charger is dead on arrival. When they WORK, they're great......no comparison. Blu....fix these issues..I'm tired of going to Walgreens to exchange them which I must do again tomorrow. Otherwise they are great and you'll have a customer for life! FIX THESE PROBLEMS"

"I have just received the Pina Colada and Java Jolt cartridges. WOW! The Pina Colada has a sweet pineapple and a slight coconut flavor and is very good. The Java Jolt has a strong coffee /chocolate taste but, is still very likeable. I'm still waiting for a strawberry and blackberry flavor....:). Blu Cigs are great....also still waiting for the peach schnapps taste test.....Try the flavors...you'll like them and you will find your favorite! So far my favorite is still the classic tobacco...but, all the flavors have their merits. Blu....more flavors please!!! Thanks, Mark"
