Rating " so i bouight a blu cig.i got home and i began smoking. it seemed to work and i liked the fact that it was suppoosed to have 500 puffs.here i am now two hours after i left the store my blu cig does not work. I only got maybe 30 puffs" -

Rating " A friend of mine first showed me the new blu ecigs, and me was quite skeptical. But after my first draw on a blu ecig(menthol flavored) fell in love. Now I can smoke anywhere I please, sh** I can smoke in church if I want to. I've tried ecigs before and I was turned away due to having to lug around a giant wand of an ecig. Blu is the MOST convenient smoking alternative out there. I can charge on the go so I never have to go without. I simply love blu ecigs, your my boy blu. -Todd Lunsford" -

Rating "As a 4 year vaper, I tend to look at Blu cigs somewhat less favorably that I would a lot of other companies. I'm thankful, though, that your disposibles provide a valuable service for people, like my wife, who want an alternative to tobacco products (cigarettes), but have little patience for cartridges, refill liquid and battery charging. Despite spending a couple hundred dollars on various electronic cigarette kits over the years, my wife quickly abandons them for the convenience of a cigarette pack. The only thing that prevents my wife from totally adapting to Blu is the rather weak menthol flavor. Being a longtime Newport smoker, Blu pales in comparison. " -

Rating "my aunt bought me a blucig and i loved it the first few days. after that i wasn't able to get a good drag off of it. i order more carts. and when i recivied them there wasn't any flavoring so the only thing i ask is that you fix the flavoring problem and the charging problem and the blucig wilkl be wonderful...... Rating "The first time I bought a blu disposable I was stunned. I couldn't believe that these things were just like a cig...freaking awesome. My hubby bought me the starter kit at Walgreens. I'm now on number THREE.Issues with battery not charged by packs...battery life, batteries stopping working, bum carts and today I got a new starter that wall charger is dead on arrival. When they WORK, they're great......no comparison. Blu....fix these issues..I'm tired of going to Walgreens to exchange them which I must do again tomorrow. Otherwise they are great and you'll have a customer for life! FIX THESE PROBLEMS" -

Rating "I have just received the Pina Colada and Java Jolt cartridges. WOW! The Pina Colada has a sweet pineapple and a slight coconut flavor and is very good. The Java Jolt has a strong coffee /chocolate taste but, is still very likeable. I'm still waiting for a strawberry and blackberry flavor....:). Blu Cigs are great....also still waiting for the peach schnapps taste test.....Try the flavors...you'll like them and you will find your favorite! So far my favorite is still the classic tobacco...but, all the flavors have their merits. Blu....more flavors please!!! Thanks, Mark" -

Replacement/Exchange NEEDS to be easier

Rating "I absolutely LOVE my blu, untill...13 days after purchasing my starter pack at a local smoke shop (Smokin Joe's) one of the 2 batteries included in the starter pack charges but no longer activates the cartridge, so when the 1 battery that works goes dead, the 45 minutes or so waiting for the recharge is horrible and makes me want to light a real cigarette, after reading some of the reviews (especially the one who took her malfunctioning blu back to Walgreens without issue), I made the 25 mile drive back to this smoke shop to exchange the broken battery, I was immediately told there is no exchange, as soon as you walk out the door its a manufacturing problem, I could immediately go out to my car and open the package and find that it was broken before leaving the parking lot and they would still deny a return/exchange. So if your going to buy a blu go to Walgreens, cause even blu themselves make you pay the shipping and offer absolutely no compensation, no coupons, no free cartridges, ect... VERY DISAPPOINTED in this policy!" -

Rating "I had never heard of electronic cigs until my son brought one in and had me try it. Whew tasted awful, had an oily taste. A friend brought a blu cig over and asked me to try and WOW, I thought, I can do this. Bought the starter kit and was greatly impressed except for it having such a short battery life. Got on the website and order the premium kit and I am good to go. Plus I don't have to worry about the people around me nor do I have the stinky ashtrays sitting around and I don't smell like cigarettes. Thank you blu cigs!" -

Rating "i purchased my blu starter kit from a dealer in town. i was excited and charged my battery and tried my first e-cig i thought well i guess so i used it off and on while smoking real cigs prior to this i was smoking rolled cigs and keep end up with bronchitis. so then i switched to real smokes then i decided on the e-cig i tried a disposal for a while then decided on the kit 2 days into it i was having a fit about i dont think this is working then i put myself in time out so to speak and said listen your not giving this a chance lets be fair, so i said i am going to try this again so i changed how i used it and marked on a paper how many times i used it well i found out i was only using it 10 times out of a day and when i was smoking real cigs i would go thru a pack in half a day or so. i went thru a pack and half in a days time .... so then i thought if i am only using this cig 10 times in a day then i might not be taking in enough nicotine compared to what i was taken i from real smokes. so yes i am thinking and knowing from my heart this is the best.... i even have a problem with 1 of my batteries but its OK we all have issues with all new things no mater what the product is unless your paying millions of dollars and i myself dont have even close to that . so try it and give it your best cause i think its the best........" -

Rating "I bought my starter kit I love my blu but hear are my issues one of my battery's quit working a few days after it was replaced but took two weeks to send back and return and even when the battery's work they only last me about two or three hours so I always have to be charging one and I would order more except the pack will only hold two . And a lot of times when I order cartridges some of them have no flavor others don't produce any drag some taste great and last forever I just wish they all would about one out of every pack I buy has no flavor or no drag . " -

Rating "So first I wanted to cut costs, so I went to rolling my own smokes (that worked like a charm), but the pipe tobacco smells to high hell & hacking up a lung, nolonger interests me. So for 5 days I was smoking an e-cig that I had ordered with zero nicotine & was happy. I saw the commercial for Blu on t.v., it looked cool, then I watched an online vid. on it, & that was enough for me to go & spend a nice chunk of change on the starter kit & several diff. packs. Much to my suprise when I ask the girl behind the Walgreen's counter "I'd like the one without nicotine" & she tells me "they don't make any without nicotine".....-_- B.S.! I come on this site & find that I can in fact order the carts with zero nicotine.I'm giving 4 stars based on the design but batt. life is really lousy. So I ordered an extended 100 battery, along with 2 packs of zero nicotine pina colada. I have to say, I really hope the pina colada tastes better than the cherry or the java, b/c I nearly tossed my lunch at the taste of these. I've got high hopes for the vanilla, but I haven't tried it yet. All I know is, if I have to keep ordering online the zero nicotine carts, rather than conveniently being able to go to at least 1 local store right then & there, then I truly won't be pleased. Some work needs to be done on this e-cig as far as flavors go, Idk maybe try creating a chocolate flavor or something similiar. There are other e-cigs that you can actually purchase different flavor bottles that you can just drop into the cart. they smell & taste great. I was hoping that seeing as how Blu isn't very cheap, one would think the taste & smell wouldn't be as horrid as most of the carts I've tried so far are. There's no way I'm trying Peach Schapps unless I see other people's reviews of it first lol. " -

I do not like the original starter kit, and tried to upgrade...Guess what out of stock? Tried to order the peach cart. guess What out of stock? I understand your Company is under restructuring, but I will only put up with so many products not being available. This is an Industry that Smokers do not wait, they will move on. I will continue to support your product, as long as you continue to fix the apparent shortages, two weeks still can not order ENOUGH!" -

Rating " made the switch from cigs to Blu with no problem. It takes about 2days to figure out how to use them instead of a cig. I smoke the premium 100 menthols and have no problems with any of the products. I am going to take disposeables on vacation only because the pack does not charge if it is moving around. I have tried two other brands of e-cigs and they don't compare. I have a saying to people who are kind of complaining about the cost "You get what you pay for."" -

Rating " gave e-cigs a try. tried many brands of disposable e-cigs. liked blu the best and bought starter pack. been 2 months a, thanks to blu. great flavor and always ready to go, can buy refills almost anywhere. if you run out at night you can find at least a disposable to get you though morning. only a couple of complaints. one of my batteries went bad (light stays on constantly no draw), gonna send it in. i'll give report on customer sevice, i've bought cartriges that don't work (1 out of 20). and the sample pack that came with the starter pack all the flavors tasted like each other. all that aside this is a great product. the cig is just the right size, it feels like your carry a pack of smokes, and if you charge your pack and batteries at night they last all day. and lets not forget the money i'm saving not buying regular cigs." -

Rating "I absolutely love this product...Here is my story... I missed the social aspect of it. Especially, with my husband, who was always trying to get me outside to have a cigarette with him. I hated saying no to him as this time was one of the rare times we had with no kids, no electronics..just him and me..so I picked up the cigarettes again and quickly resumed being a full on 2 pack a day smoker...and hated it..hated the ash, hated the stink,....so one day, I was driving home and needed gas...not sure why I went in to pay but I did...and the Blu cig disposable caught my eye so I bought one, fully expecting to hate it (as I have tried many other ecigs in the past and didn't like them)...took a puff and that was it... They allow me to enjoy the social aspect of smoking (that alone time with my husband) with none of the things that I can't stand about cigarettes...and they taste awesome. I am partial to the Vanilla and Cherry but I like the Classic Tobacco too (except that the start to taste funny after a bit) Which brings me to the reason why I only rate them 4 stars instead of 5. It seems, at least in my experience, one in three batteries are bad....I have compensated by just buying 2 with every order of cartridges..but this is a con for sure...also one in every 10 cartridges are bad and unusable another 3 are good for only a short time and only last a couple of hours while the rest last a day...again not a huge deal but still a con...these two things have made it so smoking blu is not really the money saver I thought it would be; I am spending about as much as I did when I smoked regular cigarettes. I had both my batteries the other day go out on me at the same time while I was out...that stunk.. The pros definitely outweigh, not the least of which was recently sitting in a boot at the local mexican restaurant having margaritas and vaping away (with a fellow vaper) happily...that was AWESOME!!!!! =D" -
