.directions/batteries need help

Rating: I really love the flavor & the "hit" & strength & vapor. Blu is the best e-cig I have ever owned. The directions should include a trouble shooting page & really need to have more information. Customer Service is always wonderful, but is sometimes a long wait (on the phone) & I prefer to talk to someone then the live chat. Then again with the live chat I can always get a printout of my conversation (in case I forget). I really like the disposable best, but it is too expensive for the amount I smoke. I started smoking Blu I have recommended Blu to friends, family, & strangers. Please work on the batteries & directions. I just found out that I can over charge the batteries a few minutes ago when I read a review here. I thought that the directions said I couldn't over charge. Thank you for a great product. I wish you continued success & improvement!!!

Rating: Love this product. No problems with batteries, mine usually last a whole day and I always have access to either a plug or computer (love the usb charger!!) But I have always been a light smoker 4-5 cigs per day. My boyfriend also tried these and didn't enjoy but he smokes a pack a day. So I'm guessing that usage has alot to do with battery life? Not sure. For those who have tried the disposable and liked it but thought the cig was too bulky or heavy: The rechargeable cigs are much thinner and lighter, ALOT more like a real cig. I almost decided not to get the starter kit just for this reason, but I'm so I happy I did. My only suggestion to the company would be to make an all in one carrying case that would allow space for the wall charger and the usb charger to fit inside the pack along with the slots for the battery and extra cartridges. It would be wonderful if all the accessories fit into the pack the size it is now or even perhaps a bit bigger. But the box that comes with is too bulky to carry with you everywhere. Another problem I've had is misplacing them. But I see on the website that you can buy single replacements so that's where I'm headed next. One last suggestion...If you like them, plan on losing them and have extras on hand. The two that came with the starter kit were not enough for an absent minded person like myself :) Happy Vaping!!!

Rating: Have been a Blu smoker for 9 months now and I love the product. Peach is by far the best flavor In my opinion. I read another review saying that the premium batteries don't fit in the original pack that is purchased at Walgreens. Ths is not true. The premium 100s will not fit in the regular pack, but the regular premium batteries and the batteries in the original pack are exactly the same.

Rating: Like every other person on here, I love Blu. Just started using it, not a smoker, I chew actually, but at work I cannot chew, so I use Blu to keep me leveled off through my 12 hour shifts. But also like everyone else, the batteries SUCK! They need charged all the time. Fix that, and you guys will have the ultimate product.

Rating: Have tried other e-cigs and blu is by far the best. However, like others, bought starter pack @ Walgreens for about $60. Problem is, they only carry the original. When I saw 'premium' batteries & cartridges on line, I ordered them not realizing they don't fit in the charger pack. You can still charge with original charger..however you have to carry batteries & cartridges seperate.

Rating: I started using Blu 2 month ago. No problems with battery life as others are stating. Mine last just fine. The flavors are excellent and I really like the vapor they produce. Wouldn't want to use anything else!!

Rating: I absolutely love the kit and the accessories, there has to be someone out there that knows how to make the batteries last longer. The only other thing would be a case that contains three spaces for charged batters and only a couple of cartridges.

Rating: Like everyone else, I love the blu, but the biggest problem is the battery life. With normal use, my batteries have performed about as well as advertised. However, about three weeks after purchasing a starter kit, one of the batteries has started acting up. It is fully charged and I can still drag on it to the point that the blue light comes on, but it doesn't produce any vapor. I chatted with one of the blu customer service reps who was very helpful and even offered me some rewards points that would help cover the cost of buying a new battery. Now if only they would improve the battery life I would be all set. Also, selling the accessories at retailers would be nice too.

Rating: i've been trying to switch over to vapor smokeing, ecigs do not feel or taste anything like a real cig to me, but, i tried a disposable BLU trad. flavor & was surprized at the MUCH better taste compared to other ecigs i tried. i'm not plum switched over yet but i'm trying! the battery issue needs to be fixed before i anti-up for the price of a starter kit, my dis. blu died this morning after 2 wks part-time use, so i'm getting another disposable today 4-sure, wish disposables came in all the flavors too! thanks!

Rating: I must admit I was disappointed at first when my premium pack unit wouldn't recharge my batteries right out of the box, but when I spoke with one of the online reps, they were very friendly and quickly asked me to send it back to them for an immediate replacement. A few days later one of my batteries had the "Blu light of death" and again Blu's service reps were on the ball. I was credited points for a new battery immediately and requested to return the faulty one for replacement at my earliest convenience. I have encountered problems with other products from other companies, but never have I had such a great experience with customer service reps being so friendly or knowledgeable & dealing with a problem so quickly. I'm enjoying my Blu premium kit and a much cleaner smelling house thanks to dirty ashtrays. With service after the sale like this, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Rating: Just to let you know if you need to return any of your blu products to a walgreens you need to have a receipt and they will gladly exchange any of the products and provide you a new receipt (just in case)! Walgreens was wonderful to me when my pack went dead after only 10 days!!! Took the entire kit back and was replaced with new no problems!!! Walgreens manager actually helped me and he told me that the company treats them so well that they would never deny their customers any kind of support either!!!
Overall, the 2 companies made my bad experience an amazing one!!!! I just hope this doesn't happen again because I love my blu and so do my children!!!

Rating: Love the product line overall. I did have a battery lose it's seal so ordered another online. Now one stayed blue for hours then went dark. It will not charge. Am ordering another until I can contact Customer Service by phone. Overall, great product.

Rating: I too suffered from the blue light of death on 3 of my batteries. I got disgusted and threw one out and ordered another and wouldn't you know, blue light again. I called customer service and they were so pleasant and helpful after I explained the situation. Well they assisted me with getting 2 new batteries. Thank you so much. I must say I do love the product and the only complaint thus far has been my batteries. If we can get the battery situation taken care of all will be well. Thank you again customer service for your good service.

blu batteries...need longer life

Rating: Love the blu, but something has to be done about the battery life!
Constantly having to recharge. Love the blu slender classy design, the convenience, and the flavors are awesome!
Just that with as well loved, and popular the blu has become, why can't there be at least 650mAh batteries, or even
higher; 900, 1100, 1300mAh. I believe this would really be a HUGE benefit to the blu!!!
Please consider this blu.

Rating: Before blu i was using e cigs, switching to try blu because of its variety and quality I ordered my first rechargeable one. Ive had mine for about a month now and im very impressed, i love he packaging, but the blu is smaller than logic, and I think thats why the battery doesn't last very long. I have to recharge maybe every 2-3 days, depending on how much your using it. Ive had no problem with the battery breaking, if you have the usb charger itll take 5-10 to charge, which doesn't bother me. I suggest everyone to try this product! its great!

Rating: I have had the blue light of death on 2 of my batteries but when I called customer service they helped me with no problem and added points for me to get free battery replacements. You need to remember there is a one year warranty on your Blue product and I use it. Thank You Customer Service you help make this a great product.

Good News and Bad News

Rating: I have been using Blu since Jan. 2012. This was a great discovery after 48 years of stinking up my home, car and person. However, I have discovered your instructions on charging the batteries as well as the battery pack charger are misguiding customers towards overcharging batteries. I now own 5 charging packs, and 3 batteries. That means 7 out of 10 batteries fail within a year, I'm watching as # 8 Blu is fading into black. Also several tobacco vapor packs have leaking juice under the rubber stopper. None the less I love that I no longer asalt those round me with the stinky smell of smoke, so for that alone I'll stick with you as you iron out the wrinkles.... :)

Rating: I love the Blu product line,, most of that time I have been using Blu, I originally bought the starter kit for a friend, they didn't care for the effort they had to put into charging and etc. So thry returned the pack to me and I've been using it ever since. I have had problems with the batteries conking out on me though, they seem to charge fine and work as I feel they should, but every so often poof after a couple weeks the darn things stop working. I've purchased batteries online to replace them, using my reward points to get the cost down. If its going to be like the others have commented and your not going to improve on the "original" or "premium black" battery quality you should lower the price. Blu cigs let me keep my smoking habit and are intended to save me money, I buy in bulk and save on catridges but it seems to be counter productive having to keep buying batteries.
