ive been smoking the disposables now 4 about 4 or 5 mnths and i love the product i got a starter kit yesterday finally after waiting so long 2 get 1 and then when i went 2 charge the batteries 1 of the batteries wont keep charge and ive noticed quite a few other people's have done the same thing that is my only problem i have with it i wouldve def gave it a 5 star if it was not 4 the 1 battery

received starter kit, 1 battery did not even hold a charge. an you can only buy the full flavor in stores if you want the med. or light you have to order off the net

The battery is sleek, and with a 510 connection it connects to clearomizers (Stardusts) well, and other unique cartomizers for an excellent vaping experience. It definitely deserves to be noted that the batteries don't take long to charge in the PCC either.

i got the blu starter kit i love everything about it. there are some down sides 1 batteries only last 10 min ,2 the batteries take 1 to 2 hours to charge ,3 need to come with 3 batteries insted of 2. the up sides far out way the 3 minor flaws. i'll give you a some examples 1 grate tast grate quality ,2 made i the USA , 3 compact , 4 slim. Plus thy have great deals

I bought the Original Blu Starter Kit about 3 yrs ago. I had Problems then with the Atomizers so I stopped using it. I see it looks as if the new cartridges might be better with the new set up with a new Atomizer with every change. I plan on using it again soon when I get paid. The Original charger pack battery lasted over a yr in storage with a good charge. I was impressed by that. Both of the Original cig batteries died though. I kind of expected that. I'm excited to try the new set up soon. I really liked it when it worked and I hope most of the problems are fixed in them. I'm also happy to see the rubber tips on the new ones. The hard tips on the old ones I didn't like. I like the changes made and hope this time they work better. I'm pretty sure it will. 4 stars on the Original one. The new ones I have yet to try.

Love the product but one bad battery and no solution...I read that I am not the only one with this problem.

In a week with my "Blu Crutch", I've moved on to the new way of smoking!

With no smoke floating around making everything in the house smell, I'm still amazed! I hope every smoker in the world tries Blu! it will send a message to the people responsible for the high prices that have smokers paying outrageous prices for their brands!

I hope things go as well as they have for me!

P.S. Battery Life is the only pitfall.

i'm seeing a lot of people here saying that one of their batteries was defunct after a few charges. i really like blu, and plan to remain a customer, but the battery problem is why i can only give you 4 stars (would like to give you 5). here's what i don't understand........the other battery works just fine, while the second didn't last 4 charges. considering the many other customer reviews with the same exact problem, it's reasonable to say you guys are making a large number of bad batteries alongside the many good ones that come in your starter kits. that leads me to wonder if you guys have two battery assembly lines.....one designed by industrial engineers and the other designed by a group of high school pre-calculus students that you paid in bubble gum? how do so many people end up with one good and one bad battery? one other thing that struck me as odd is that i haven't seen one single customer review that complained of two bad batteries in their starter kit. with so many bad batteries being made and put in the kits, wouldn't it be likely that some kits would end up with 2 bad batteries. what are the odds of having all those bad batteries mixed in with the good ones and never end up with a kit containing two bad batteries? hopefully the replacement battery that i receive is properly functioning because i really do like your product and would like to remain a customer. the flavors are great

I was given Blu by my children for Christmas and it was a wonderful gift. I tried another type and it made me choke. I love the cleanliness...no smell or ash tray. The battery power could be longer. The computer charger broke within 2 uses, as did one of the batteries. However, I am ordering a new one. It's making me feel less "criminal" smoking!!

I just got my blu starter kit a week ago. You get full flavor in the starter pk and it was alittle strong for me, but I am ordering the med to see how they are,and i cant wait to try the other flavors. I would recommend the Blu to anyone. I would give it a five if the batteries lasted longer.

I purchased my blue e-Cigs about a month ago, and must say I really enjoy smoking them. these fit the bill. The only disippointment I had was that the one of the batteries in the set quit after about 3 weeks. I'm going to order another one, as I always like to have one handy when I'm ready to light up.

My husband loves Blu products. I just purchased him the $60.00 starter kit after using numerous other kits. They are his favorite. One of the batteries stopped working after two charges. I am ordering more today on line. I hope that in the future you can upgrade your batteries so they will last longer. I would like to change over to Blu also. The design is wonderful.

I love my blu so much i save so much money i dont smell like smoke and the flavors are great!!! i hope they come with more fruity flavors

I just started using the Blu product because of a non smoking policy at our office. I will admit I am very impressed with the ecigs and although it is not excatly the same as smoking it is a close as you can get! I did have a problem with one of the batteries after about the 3rd charge and the battery life needs some work. It would also be great if they gave you some sort of idication that the battery is getting low, it seems to just stop working. Keep working on the battery life and I would give you an 5 star rating.

I purchased the D88 starter kit because I was highly impressed with the flavor, feel and consistency of the effective, yet pricey disposable units.
Although the quality of the components are solid, the indicator system is sort of convoluted and inconsistent. I also experienced a battery failure by it's fourth charge. The remaining battery is working flawlessly, as also the pack, and charging systems.
I am not sure of the shelf life of the flav paks, but it seemed as if the paks were desiccant somewhat. It seemed as if the disposables were more productive in water vapor.
Having said all of this, I am quite impressed with this system, far above other systems I used in the past. Just like all good products that start out, they need a good field tested shakedown period. R&D needs feedback, customer service needs to grow with the customers and consumer base. So far, everything is working the way it should for this business. I have experienced great customer service through both text and phone transactions concerning my equipment failure.
These guys are sharp! I love the product and the business aside of my problems.

I was told 14 Months ago that I had esophageal cancer do to smoking and drinking. I smoked for 50 + years and on that day which was Nov 16th 2011 I started using Blu. I have not looked back and would tell the world if you need to smoke then use blu. P.S. The surgery went well and they removed all the cancer and so far so good. GO BLU

Like others, I wish the battery life was longer. Keep working on that, Blu, but you have an amazing product. My own physician gave me a thumbs up on it!

Im a new mom, but the urge to smoke has nagged me since quitting. Since having my little girl I decided to try the Blu Ecig's instead of picking up regular smoking again, figured it was a better alternative. I tried the disposable first to see how i would like it, and I LOVE IT! Waiting till payday and I will be buying a starter kit! Highly reccomend to anyone trying to find a alternative to smoking the real things. These Blu cigs fulfull my need to smoke and I love that I can use them inside on cold days and use them without them harming my little girl.
